Cole slowly hobbled his way towards her as she held the flap from the inside. Upon getting close to her he reached a crutch out and pushed the flap out of her hand. Reaching out he slipped an arm around her waist and pulled her to him, mindful of her wounds and his. Once she was pressed against him he caught her in a fiery kiss that had been building up over the past few motionless days.

The kiss lasted for what seemed like a blissful eternity before he pulled away simply for the purpose of breathing. He pressed his forehead against hers, his brown eyes locked with her amber ones. "Oh trust me, I see plenty of playing doctor in our future. But for now, this will have to suffice," he said before leaning in for another kiss, a slow one this time.

He pulled away slightly, though he kept his arm around her waist. "So, shall we get some sun then," he asked, his slow easy smile creeping across his face, a mischievous glint in his eyes.
