"You're already a great sister Akane," Yui didn't want Akane to feel discredited in anyway just because of her past. "What other sister would tutor their little sister so that they could go to school?" Yui took Akane's hand. Ronan took her other one, "I'll try to be a better big brother." He felt that this was partially his fault, maybe if he had tried to help Haruka more in the beginning this wouldn't have happened, she wouldn't have found a need to turn towards the darkness if she knew that they were all assisting in the search for Yui. "Our family isn't broken, sure there are fractures and our parents are gone, but we're still whole and we'll move on." It was probably one of the most inspiring things Ronan had ever said and as they boarded the train back to the hospital, Yui couldn't help but feel excited over the fact that she would soon get to return to New Tokyo and attend St. Agnes's School for Gifted Girls. Was she gifted in anything? Yui tried to think, but she was turning up blank. Most of the girls at St. Agnes's were incredibly smart or talented. Some could play several instruments or won awards for their projects in science and writing.
Compared to them, Yui was below average. Yui looked out the window, searching for any signs of spring and good omens in the clouds or land around her. She blinked, spotting something quite odd in an open field. There was a fox, staring coolly at her, its gaze level with her own. Yui rubbed her eyes, but when she opened them the fox was gone. Hmm, maybe she was just imaging things? Yui turned towards her siblings, who didn't seem to have noticed what had happened. "What's up Umi?" Ronan asked, glancing out the window with a frown. "Nothing, I was just looking at a fox," Ronan quirked a brow but made no more mention of it. He sat back in his seat, seeing foxes wasn't unusual after all, there was just something about that one that had struck Yui as odd. Yui took out Ronan's holo phone, she didn't have one, Fumino and Shoku hadn't allowed her to have any sort of technological device aside from the basic holo screen TV. "Hey, what do you think you're doing?" Yui blushed, looking down at her lap. "I wanted to play games," she replied sheepishly. "I don't have any games on mine, maybe Akane has some on her's?"
Yui played with Akane's holo phone until the train began to slow. They had arrived back at the stop in Chiba, the doors hissing as they opened to release the passengers from the belly of the train. Yui and Ronan weren't supposed to leave the hospital, they had sneaked out through the back. Waiting for them on the platform was Doc, his hands in his lab coat pockets. "Had a nice field trip?" He asked coolly, clearly a bit miffed that two of his patients had simply disappeared. "Ronan, you shouldn't be putting so much strain on your body so soon." Ronan looked at his feet, "we had permission from the nurse." He said and Yui remembered the wheelchair they were supposed to have brought with them. Doc sighed, "I can't really be mad, can I? Come on, let's go back, it's almost dinner time. There's something waiting for you Yui."
As it turned out, Aria was waiting for her, along with a big announcement and a large box that contained dresses and clothing galore. Yui's eyes widened the moment she lay them on the big wrapped box sitting on the floor. "This is for me?" She inquired, looking around it. In that moment, Aria nearly leaped on her, making her announcement. Yui's eyes widened further, if that was possible. "So you're gonna be an idol again?!" She asked in awe and when Aria proposed that Yui could be a duo act, Yui nodded her head vigorously. "Umi will be going to school," Ronan said, stressing the fact that they not use Yui's real name here, especially not so loudly.
