Collabo between Phantom and Alle. Finally, amirite? Guys? Guys? Give me attention!

The King following orders seems ironic to say the least. The divo Drei seems to possess the hubris of a king but doesn't seem to have the position of one, at least not yet.

He might have the bearing of a king, but the army around him were determined to upthrow him. Bodies surrounded Jin like a rock concert, but instead of him being the main attraction, he was being thrown out by security. Frankly, Jin liked the attention, but he despised that he had to do the grunt-work. Alas, a king becomes a king when liked by his people not the other way around.

How did it come to this? Jin thought he was to take care of a few hooligans, but instead was met by an army of blood-thirsty soldiers - an ambush they had come unprepared for. He thought a few kicks to their heads would scare them off, but these guys wanted his head instead. What if they touch his face? He wouldn't be able to look in the mirror the same way again. He mustn't let that happen.

"You dare defy the king of Rapsodia?!" Jin shouted. A dark knight in black armor reared towards him with a yell, and Jin kicked him with both of his feet, using the knight's torso as foundation and propelled off of it. Jin landed with a scoff. "Attacking before I arm myself? Truly barbaric."

A few feet away, Ari snorted with derision as he twirled his drumsticks. "No wonder there's an uprising," he yelled at Jin as he ducked underneath a sword swing. "You got found out as the false prince!"

Like Jin, the blonde boy was dressed lightly for battle - only a mere hoodie and trousers would protect him from the weapons of the horde. Unlike Jin, Ari had his weapons brought out and ready. As the monstrous bandit he was facing slid in close for another swipe at Ari's head, Ari dashed forwards and slammed the tips of the drum sticks he was holding against the monster's side as if he were doing a quick percussion, movements precise and strong.

The Thorvys's skin rippled with each blows. With a loud screech, it flew away and crashed

"Also, can't you just summon the goddamn artifact already?!" He yelled at Jin, bringing a foot back as he surveyed the area. They had taken care of the initial ambush, but there were still a lot of Thorvys left. "That way we can get through this faster!"

"Do not rush the king, these peasants must know their place." Jin responded. He got into position and made a fabulous pose. He then started singing his activation song. As he sang the first few words, his armor appeared before him. Golden tinted knee plates and boots formed from particles. Jin's eyes shifted to yellow. and his song flowed in his head. The black knight from earlier charged the man. Jin performed a tornado roundhouse kick to first parry the man's diagonal slash, and also counterattack with enough force to send him back a couple of feet and shatter his armor.

Jin was about to boast after performing a kick to another knight's helmet, but was rushed at by a group of 2 warriors. They both did a good job covering each other's blind spots. Jin was having trouble looking for an opening dodging and parrying, but a quick blast of wind from Ari seperated the two warriors.

Jin didn't waste the opportunity. With a quick hum, a hardlight clone was formed, the sparkles surrounding its body quickly fading as it rushed forwards towards the enemy as they regrouped. The clone swept both their feet of the ground, while Jin quickly responded with a downwards axe kick that incapacitated both of his attackers.

Ari backed him up. Tapping out a fast and heavy beat in time with Jin's steps, the scowling boy guarded Jin's back as they fought the pseudo army, sending large gusts of wind that buffeted and tore through the enemy ranks, causing those who survived to scatter and leaving Jin free to take his pickings of the enemy at leisure. Together, the two made quick work of the Thorvys - not that there were many of them in the first place. From what they could see, it seemed like a scouting party sent to conquer the village.

Jin took a deep breath and yelled at the fleeing army. "Next time, don't try to challenge the king and his friend!" He tapped his heel on the ground, his boots dissipating into particles. "Looks like the job is done thanks to my stunning heroics. "Shall we go?" He asked his partner.

"King of what, an oversized ego? Don't tell me you've forgotten all the times I covered for you just now, 'Hero'." Ari rolled his eyes, tossing the sticks up in the air. By the time the sticks had reached its zenith the drumsticks had faded away completely, leaving Ari free to slip his arms in his pockets and join Jin's side. "But yeah," he admitted grudgingly, bumping shoulders with Jin. "We did show them. Also not yet, we still have to check up on the villagers."

They had been a bit late - the Thorvys had been rampaging a few houses by the time they had arrived. The villagers had huddled together in the commune hiding place at the top of the hill, but there might have been some stragglers that hadn't... made it. Furthermore, Ari and Jin still had to inform the villagers that it was safe to come back.

"Of course the king is amazing. You aren't the only person who noticed this." Jin responded, smiling as he thought about his own eminence. "But yeah, we should check on them." Jin agreed. "Lead the way."

"I'm not your sidekick, don't tell me what to do." Ari said mildly, but he was already heading towards the hill on the opposite side, striding steadily and picking his way around the scene of carnage with surprising ease. "Uugh, so much rubble... Think they'll come back again?"

"Not after how many I've killed. How many was that? 15?" Jin boasted.

"Yeah? Well, I... crap, its also 15. A draw" Ari frowned thoughtfully as he tried to recall the battle in detail. "Wait, I took down that Thorvys with the blue bandanna before you kicked him away with your boot." Ari brightened up, shooting a victorious grin at Jin as they climbed downwards. "That counts as my kill. I win!"

"Fool, it's not only about how many you take out but how stylish you look while doing it." Jin smiled. "And I'm unrivaled in that department." Jin struck a fabulous pose, hand splayed out over his face as he looked through the gaps between the fingers like a superhero detective. "Besides, how can we know for sure that you killed him before I did? Maybe my attack was the finishing blow?"

"Dude, the numbers totally count! And hah, no, I was the one who.."

Bickering lightly over who won and how many exactly they had killed, Ari and Jin made their way to the community hall. Once they had informed the villagers who had been waiting fearfully inside it that the attacks were over, the two were soon swarmed by extremely thankful villagers, who made it their mission to hug them and sing praises to them. Jin lapped it up like the star he was while Ari stood uncomfortably to the side talking to the leader of the town as if he hoped that the spotlight would bounce off him like light reflecting off a mirror towards the divo basking in the attention, still not used to being thanked despite having experienced these type of situations for a year. Fortunately (or unfortunately), the townsfolk quickly remembered their homes and the destruction of and almost immediately adjusted their mission objective from 'praise the saviours!' to 'holy crap I hope my house is still standing and there are no bloodstains, it'd be a bitch to replace the carpeting'.

Pretty soon, most of the villagers had drifted off towards different directions. Jin's face formed a bright grin, while Ari breathed a sigh of relief while trying not to look as if he were relieved at the decrease in praise and attention.

"Thank you, oh great Divos!" The leader, Monty, said as the townsfolk quickly headed past the two guys towards their respective houses. He shook their hands enthusiastically. "Thank you for helping us out very much! We do not have much on hand currently, but please, let us treat you to a feast before you go!"

"Of course. This is the king's duty!" Jin announced, whilst shaking the man's hand rapidly. The man shook back just as rapidly, grip practically tight with gratitude, and Jin

Jin formed a smile. Jin complemented himself while doing various poses. "I propose we erect a statue of me in the center of town. Who agrees? All of it will be paid by me, of course" Jin announced.

"Sorry, but that might have to wait." Ari piped up. Waving a brisk goodbye to a young man wearing a postcap on his head, he walked up towards them, raising his hand. Dangling delicately between his fingers was a letter with a familiar-looking six-petalled flower wax seal. "We just got a summon from the Queen."

"Aww.. There was going to be a statue." Jin complained. "Let me see the message that halted the building of my monument." Jin took the letter and the two boys set out for the kingdom.

Divos Drei and Funf~
I hope you two are doing well. I have sent the other Divos and Divas on a mission to investigate a cave that is rumored to be a Thoryvos' hideout. I understand we might need more firepower, so I request you two come back quickly.
Sincerely
The Queen❤

After a long trek, the Divos finally reached the kingdom. Since the letter was sent a few days before their mission, they seemed to have arrived just in time. As soon as they got to the gate, Jin made a pose, his hand on his forehead and his head tipped upwards. Jin yelled at the gate.
"The king has returned!"
