One of the two newcomers nodded "She was, but she got the summons to the Palace, so she opened a portal and went before we could stop her." Siv replied

Abel crossed her arms as Lady put a thoughtful finger to her chin, her elbow resting in her right hand for a moment "Sazhori said to find you before she left, so here we are" The elder Raven said, Ravenblack eyes caught sight of Frank and took the man in carefully, as if examining a meal. She pointed at him, a question on her lips

Lady shook her head "The dinner is next to the fire, though I am unsure how you prefer your vampire meat ?" Abel snickered and went over to the dead creature. Vampires werent human, nore were they dead until staked with something useful, but Ravens could take what they could get as long as it was dead. Within a moment howerver the dead human body disappeared in a swarm of black feathers and smoke, replaced quickly with a freshly killed deer that had some mist off its body.

Abel smiled, "One deceased for another, Mortals are too stringy anyway" She tutrned to Frank, "How do you like your Vension ?" Lady smiled, Frank saw very briefly if he caught the movement of white and black fur briefly passing over Lady's face like a ripple of water.
