The Observation Tower had a three-hundred-sixty degree view of Draco's Palace, the surrounding Fortress, and now, the new Drydocks from which his Ships were being constructed, starting with his mightiest, and most powerful ship: The Drakon Class Command Airship. Equipped with five turrets, each containing four forty inch barrels, and countless 12 inch secondary batteries that acted as additional Anti-Air fire power, this ship was designed to bring down everything that the Forces of Light had at their disposal, save for the Light Bringers, as Draco had no way of knowing about them.

He smiled as he looked down through the window at his creation, it would be glorious. With a massive fleet to call his own, he would be unstoppable when it came to defeating Light and claiming this World for himself. But first, he needed to build his fleet, and that would take time. Time he had; Dragons were Immortal, time was nothing to them.

He stood with his hands behind his back, a large smile on his face, when the door opened, and he turned to look over his shoulder to his wife. "You've survived. Or have you come to tell me that you're about to die?" he asked her, not harsh, but cold, and with a very slight hint of contentedness that she was still alive.
