As Lance demanded answers, Mark managed a light chuckle, wincing immediately after. He turned his head to face the man and looked him up and down quickly before speaking. "You deserve that much. What attacked us was the forces of an evil Dragon. One corrupted by his own magic to the point of open rebellion against the Light and all her work." he said. "I fear he stole the Airships so that he may build his own air-fleet." he coughed a few times, in pain just from speaking.

"That doesn't happen often....in fact, if memory serves.....he ain't been here for a million years." He said before sighing, unable to talk much longer. Regardless, Mark managed to force himself to his feet, and hobble over to Lance, offering his good hand to shake.

"Well, it was nice meeting you. I'm going to go shoot myself or get healing, whichever comes first." he said calmly as his hand shake, despite his injuries, was strong and firm. "If you need to get home, find my first mate, Asaca, she'll take you back to where we found you in the 'Eagle." his hand then went to his shoulder, and with a deceptively charming smile, he lowered his tone. "I've seen the way my sister looks at you...treat her right."

With that, he patted Lance's shoulder and walked off to go find the healers.

He paused however as the White Bengal called his name, and he raised an eyebrow. Weird. "You could say that." he answered before turning to leave once more.
