Shimizu nodded only slightly, before he shook his head and looked down to his plate. He then brought his attention back to the TIB Director before him.

"I owe you a debt, Arianne." Shimizu said calmly. "Were it not for you none of this would be possible." He said, before he slowly rose from his chair.

"If you'll excuse me for a moment." The Taiyou Emperor said, moving towards the front door, and opening it, making a subtle hand gesture for one of his many Adjutants to approach.

The man quickly approached the young Emperor, and then he followed Shimizu into the house.

Offering a short inclination of his head, the man placed a hefty stack of files, some of them several inches thick onto the table. Each file was meticulously put together, and they all bore the emblem of the IIA, and bright, red letters that read. "DECLASSIFIED"

All of them pertained to Marlene Angel. Within was her service record, psychological profile, extensive background information, though much of everything that was of importance had been redacted.

"She sees the future." Shimizu said. "She sees all possible realities, all possible futures, at once, she perceives them in real time, and that often manifests in a strange insanity." He said calmly. "I can get more, but I need some cooperation on this matter."
