She made a little wave at his greeting, then a thoughtful face as she considered which of them to follow. While going on a case with Zyler and Rae might offer more excitement than Alex's politicians, Fumiko still wasn't used to all the grotesqueness that usually followed the kind of cases Zyler was interested in. This was perhaps a little strange for someone who was literally dead, but Fumiko considered her squeamishness something she just needed to work on. Baby steps, though. She was still thinking as Rae made her exit, and eventually turned to Alex.
"I'm not sure how much help I'll be, but I think I'd rather help out with the politicians. If nothing else I'm very good at standing in the background and nodding when you say something smart?"
Of course, that wasn't all Fumiko could do. In addition to being the Agency's literal haunt she was also an avid researcher and liked to think that the information she provided helped their agents on several occasions. She wasn't sure how much the politicians would appreciate that though. Through what little interaction she had had with politicians in the past, she got the feeling that if it weren't directly related to profit or PR, it might as well not exist.
She followed Alex's gaze and nodded. "I for one would love another group vacation. Perhaps somewhere that doesn't turn out to be hiding monsters in their basement for once." She paused, and thought about it. "Maybe a library!"
