The evening had been a memorable one for Chance as well. It had been so long since he had the opportunity to just be himself around anyone. Even his shifting abilities relaxed to a point that he hadn't had since he was back in his tribe and different parts of his body would shift on their own with his mood. Most notably was when he sprouted his tail while they were kissing and didn't realize it until he accidentally knocked a glass off the end table. Luckily it didn't break.

Now it was morning and the smell of coffee, and bacon was enough to pull Chance from his slumber. His tail began to wag again and he was smiled before opening his eyes. He wondered if it had all been just a wonderful dream until he saw that he was still in Gabe's apartment and in his bed as well. He walked out to the kitchen and poured himself a cup of coffee. He took a sip and set it down at the table before walking over and giving Gabe a kiss. He then scooped himself up a plate of the eggs and some bacon and started eating. It didn't seem to bother either of them that he was only in his boxers as he ate, or that he still had his tail sticking out the back end of the chair and his hyena ears pointing out the top of his head. He looked like an adorable puppy.

"Damn this is good." He said through a mouth full of eggs. After swallowing the food he looked over to Gabe and smiled.

"So, what's our next move with that Zeb guy? We tracking him down? Getting reinforcements? Or do we not have a plan yet?"
