Max walked beside Spectre and nodded. She was exactly right on her treatment, though Max wasn't sure she wanted to know just how good Spectre was at taking care of her wounds. If she was as good as Max thought, it meant she had been in a lot of danger in the past. Probably from heroes if Max had to guess and she wasn't fond of the idea. Heroes... heroes were good. They saved people. There are some real devious people in this world, sure. But from Max could tell, Spectre was... different than the villains she had fought in the past. Some had been borderline nuts. Some were just... in need and she even tried to return to help, but when heroes started being chased away, she stopped.
"Yeah, that's good." She said when Spectre explained the treatment for her wound. "Exactly right..." she muttered a little bummed she couldn't use her medical skills. It's what she's wanted to do after all. Be a doctor. Granted patching up a hurt ankle and slicing them open with a scalpel was not the same thing.
"Yeah. I guess it is lucky..." She paused in front of a blue building and looked up. "Here we are. Home sweet home." She looked sideways at Spectre and asked, "There are... a number of stairs to the third floor where I live. And the elevator has been busted for weeks... You going to be okay climbing up?" She thought about offering to carry the woman, but she knew how insulting that would be. However, if it became necessary, Max would do it.
She pulled the dark blue painted key from her pocket, stuck it into the door and turned the knob. The door swung open with a squeak and Max walked inside and over to the stairwell door where she stopped and waited for Spectre. "When we get up the stairs its just the third door on the right."
