Max found herself smirking as Willow suggested they pass out on the couch instead. She carefully pulled a noodle out of the pot with the spoon she was stirring with and tossed it at the nearest vertical surface, which turned out to be the fridge, to see if the pasta was finished cooking. The noodle stuck and Max grinned. Pasta was done. By the looks of the chicken it looked like dinner was just around the corner. She made her way over to the sink to drain the noodles before going back to the stove and putting the pot down long enough to dump the sauce into it. She accidentally poured too quickly and ended up splattering a bit of it on her shirt, face, and a little bit even on her skirt. She cursed colorfully and wiped at her shirt and skirt, but didn't realize there was any on her face.
Without much preamble, she turned and grinned at Willow. "Dinner time." She looked around the kitchen realizing she wasn't sure where the plates were and requested, "Think you could grab plates? And do you want to eat at the table..." she gestured towards the table in the room with a nod of her head. "Or the couch?" She stirred the contents together real quick to make sure everything was properly mixed.
"As for dinner entertainment, if we're planning on getting really shit faced, we could always play a game. It's called Truth or Drink. Kind of like truth or dare only... obviously you drink." She shrugged. "But are you really wanting that? Weren't you worried about abilities getting out of control? I mean I established it won't be a problem for me, but what about you?" Then she explained why she even wanted to play in the first place. "I figured it would be a good way for us to know each other a little better. I mean we are working together on this and you're letting me stay in your apartment.. you trusted me with your real name and your friend. And yet we still know very little about each other. What do you think?"
