It had been too long since Storm-Shadow graced Wing City with his presence, and as such, the draconian-magic enhanced super soldier among super soldiers was cautious. Last thing he heard, the Imperium of Man, when they were in charge, didn't take too kindly to strangers, and since Draco himself had been in the area trying to do what he does best, Storm-Shadow, or James if one knew him before his transformation from Dragon-enhanced Spartan III to Ereb Alpha Trooper, would need to be careful. The shadows simmered around his nanosuit and it seemed to melt away revealing a tall, pale man with piercing forest green eyes and a muscular build under the casual clothes he wore to blend in with the civilians around him. He was tall, though, and at almost six and a half feet he stuck out among the average height crowd.

Humming to himself, he ducked a guardsmen patrol by slipping through the crowd quickly, coming out on the other side and stopping in a courtyard or plaza of some sort dedicated to the Emperor of Mankind, the Imperium's God-King or some such. Crossing his arms, James tilted his head and admired the architecture of the plaza. Whoever had designed and built it was obviously highly skilled, and must have been payed nicely for such fine work.

Regardless, he wasn't here for art or architecture, but for his next job. His Intel told him he'd be getting his mission at the main entrance of Wing City, and that the job would have something to do with the Imperium. What his client wanted him to do he didn't know, but with his abilities he really didn't care too much; it wasn't like much could hurt him, even without the draconian powers he was stupidly strong due to all of his augmentation from both the SPARTAN III program and the Ereb Alpha Trooper program. With them? Who knew...

Either way he wasn't worried, either way he was going to make some money.
