Barynn drifted off in his arms, comfortable and happy, but she wouldn't stay that way for long. When she woke up it was to the overwhelming sensation of excruciating pain in her abdomen and she let out a pained whimper. "Luther...wake up," she said, gently shaking him, tears rapidly filling her eyes at the pain she was in. "Wake up, we have to go see Lor," she said. She wanted to get up but she felt like she could barely move, though whenever she did get up they'd be finding blood on the bed beneath her.
