Yui was upset of course, she was more upset than she was letting on, but she understood too. It wasn't the fact that she was an interstellar being so much as she was being made as an example of. "Why don't you help me judge? It's more fair with two sets of eyes," Ren too, was upset on her behalf. There were plenty of boos and jeers, but the committee had made its decision and was going to stick to it. "That's alright, I have to get ready for the Idol Showcase." She gave her best smile, wrapped a towel around her shoulders, and walked off to find Noise, who would no doubt be already preparing the others. "Good luck Ren!" Yui called over her shoulder, hoping that he too, could take home the gold in a category. Ronan was squabbling with the judges, he too, believed it was unfair that Yui wasn't allowed to compete considering her performance in the three legged race.
Yui was excited for her first idol outfit. It had been designed by Melody and Noise and hand stitched by the Fashion Club, who had offered for Yui to come model for them anytime, her petite size making her the perfect dress form for them to try their styles on. Yui was excited to see the finished piece and just as expected, Noise and Melody were waiting for her in the club room, looking cross. "You're late," the others were already there and making preparations, Yui was the last to arrive. "Sorry, I had a contest," she blushed, looking down at her feet. Melody sighed and pat her wet hair, "Come sit down and we'll start dolling you up," she winked, leading Yui over to a chair. She sat down while Melody began on her hair and Noise her makeup.
They ran through their routine twice more before it was time to line up behind the stage. Right now was the trivia contest, which Patty seemed to be winning at. Yui bit down on her lip nervously, wondering if she would do well. "Don't worry, " Harley said, sending a wink Yui's way. "We either all do well or we all crash and burn!" Rosa laughed, the others grinning. They stood in a circle and held hands, smiling to one another. Once the trivia contest had finished, it was finally time for them to go on. "Who are we?" Melody asked. "Fantasy Dolls!" They replied in unison, heading out onto the stage.
