The calm and serene waves gently lapped at their feet as Lilith joined the stranger on the drift wood. She sat close enough that her knee touched his leg. She took a piece of the starfruit as he asked what her opinion on the treaty was and of Azazel's crew. Just his name out loud made her chest hurt, thinking of her parents. She looked down into the sand as she thought about how to answer a question like that.
When she looked back up at the stranger she ate the starfruit piece he gave her before answering his question as best she could while her head was still hazy. "Well Azazel did murder my parents, a couple that was of no threat to him at all." She said slowly as she rubbed the back of her neck, it suddenly ached and burned. She thought back to falling in the cave while trying to climb out. She would have to have Yuna or Rin look at her back to make sure she was cut up super badly that she needed to put medication on it to avoid infection.
"We shouldn't have to play god, choosing who to kill and who to save. If you didn't create mankind or another species you shouldn't be ruling over them. But at the same time in order for their to truly be some sort of peace every side has to get their fair share of the deal. I don't Azazel was given a fair chance to even compromise, but he ruined that chance when he killed my parents." With that Lilith stood and started to wash her hands off in the upcoming waves that were rolling in. She looked up at the stranger again as she stood, her dress was still soaking wet and she had lost her shoes a long time ago.
"I didn't get your name, but you clearly know who I am. Are you apart of the court?" Lilith asked she gestured to her face as she added. "You have some juice.."
