"I'm sure," Yui replied, her hands balling into fists. She wasn't going to hesitate anymore, she wasn't going to be scared. This was her decision to make and her's alone. "I've known for a long time that this is what I have to do." This is what she was made to do, after all. Yui smiled gently, not crying per say, but not happy. "All this time... I was just playing normal. I finally got to go to school, I had a family, I was happy. I was selfish." Her real enemy had been closer than she had thought this entire time. Resplendia, Shoku, those were all just distractions from who the real culprit was. "You went up to the surface to find Dia, but what you found instead were humans hurting her and one another. They were greedy, but that was because the stars kept interfering." Yui shook her head, it was about time they took a step back from earth.
Her smile was sad, "I said goodbye a long time ago," she had been prepared for this, she had made her peace with her friends and family. She had spent many nights crying over this revelation that she would never see her family again if she walked down this lonely path. "I won't ever give up K, not now, not ever." Yui shook her head, colorless hair gleaming as though it were a rainbow in the shimmering light of day. "Don't belittle me because I'm the youngest." Yui watched as K crumpled, falling to the side. Not dead of course, but no longer a threat. Yui walked towards the gaping hole in the wall, her wings shining an innocent white. "This is my path to take. I won't let anyone stop me." She said, fully determined to put an end to this war.
Yui smiled when Dia offered her the chance to turn back, but Yui only shook her head. "You and I are the same," she took Dia's hands, interlacing their fingers together the way a big and little sister might do. "We always put others before ourselves. We always want the happiness of everyone else. I just want the world to smile," Dia opened up the gateway of Paradise, allowing Yui the insight inside of it. "We'll go to the closest one first," Damian, who would probably be the easiest to recover. Yui poured on the speed, heading to Madagascar, a tiny island off of the coast of Ecuador. "It's not that large, we should be able to find him quickly." There was a scream from behind them, the entire island seemed to be on fire.
Yui lifted her arms, using a miracle to bring in a large wave from the ocean. It swept across the land, dousing some of the fire. "There!" Damian appeared feral as he hunched over the body of a child, not physically eating their mind, but mentally scrambling them. "Damian, stop!" He turned, hissing as though he were a wild cat. Yui aimed two fingers like a gun, shooting light through him. He fell back, the children scrambling away. "It's the Goddess! Run for your lives! She'll kill us!" The children screamed, disappearing into the flames. Damian rolled to the side, groaning, his face full of pain. He blinked a few times to clear his vision, "Yui?" He whispered, sitting up. "Yui? What's going on? Where are we?"
"I'll explain later, we don't have time to waste."
