Thanks to Lita's efforts and a bit of help from Jarvis too, there weren't any casualties as a result to the final parting gift from Black Jack, their new big foe to deal with. And now all the survivors were being temporarily transferred into a new home of Lady Reiss's divining, a complex of four apartment buildings with a nice park in between them all, locked behind a gate with a fence so only authorized people could enter. "Welcome to the Reiss Four Towers." Dane said as he finished the drive. Jarvis would remain here too in order to help out as best as he could, though he would be busy with cracking the transceiver that was once a part of the Black Jack shell, the fake body so he wouldn't be able to do much.
They drove through the gate, one of Reiss's people on duty at the sentry booth opening it for clearance for the three limos to drive through. "Don't worry, your stay will be free of charge." This area was high quality, and many people were happy to rent their time away here, either as a living place or as a hotel. What, did you think Lady Reiss's fortune was by some other means, possibly nefarious? Of course not, she simply owned four apartment complexes, and this was one of the four, with quite the vacancies as well. "Jarvis, you'll also have to fix my hands." Fina told him as a reminder. "So I can help fight, too." If the housekeeping unit had any inclination of doing so he made no indication, happily ignoring her as he watched the white limo pull in.
"You'll all be safe here." Lady Reiss said, arms spread wide as everyone stepped out. "Think of it as Reiss charity." One by one the different families would be processed and they'd all receive a room. Of course near the top of the South Tower, the four androids would share a room together for maximum security. "Will Minnie be okay?" Fina asked again, and Dane clapped her on the shoulder. "Of course! She's tough!" He had a confident grin but that wasn't what Fina was talking about. "No! I mean, she needs her medicine! What if she gets worse? What if-" She didn't want to think about the worst case scenario. Was it odd that an android was so attached to a human? Was it simply programmed in or was it more genuine? "She will have to make do for now." Lady Reiss seemed mournful a she shook her head, eyes downcast. "There is nothing we can do for the moment to help her. One step at a time, my darling."
