Lying in wait in the overgrown bushes nearby was a rather large being or predominately dark coloration. This was Magnus, an ancient mutant from since the near beginning of the cataclysm. The sounds of his breathing were apparent if one were to come close him. His rather large horns were a stark black and white stripes and curved inwards.

As the group of people conversed nearby, their talking began to disturb his slumber and he began to stir. He rose from his grassy patch and revealed his true size and despite the humanoid appearance he was quite large. He let out what could be best described as a throaty grunt as he yawned, revealing razor sharp teeth.
