Babble

As he spoke in this voice the girl began to scribble notes down on a small pad that she kept in one of the many small pockets that seemed to adorn her outfit. She kept and eye on him and kept writing away with whatever information she could put down, obviously not just writing down what it was he sounded like this time, nor how he spoke.

"So no real help there.. unless we can find someone who knew your old master and is willing to share." She places the pad and pen back into her pocket before leaning back down from her stool. "We will be able to heal your hands in the long run, there is no doubt of that. If not my fathers doing then by someone else's, because I doubt purchasing you in such a condition was intended." She added, rummaging through another pocket as she did.

"Is there anything that I can do to help you while we wait?" Where it not for him laying down in this position, the act of her looking down on him might not feel as it does. Though there was no denying it, that this was somehow reminiscent of his former days of confinement.

Akhira

The small boy looked back at Akhira as she started to walk away and smiled. "Too bad, I was hoping to get to know you a little better... come back when you have the time. My doors are always open.." He let his smile gleam across her back. A sensation she could feel that was mounting on the back of her neck the longer her back was to him. Then it was gone and as a cursory glance revealed, he had left the hall just as quickly as he had arrived.

The door before her cracked open once again as two house members left, swinging wide and revealing two women. They seemed to be in the middle of a long conversation, though the tongue in which they conversed was making it hard to understand. Though from their body language it was easy to see that they were having what amounted to a friendly debate. As they went passed and paying very little attention to the young dragon, she was left to look freely into the next room.

The room was expansive, even compared to the prior class that she had seen. There were chairs and stools strown about with all manor of art supplies sat in much the same variation. Though the layout was haphazard and not very well organized by any measure of the word. The people had managed to arrange several of the chairs and supplies into their own concentric circles. Though Akhira could also see that this had made several of the small groups somewhat segregated. It was easy to see that those of the more human persuasion were cloistered together, while those that didn't share the same definitions were left to their own groups all the same.

The doorway itself was like a portal, separating such an unruly section of the house from such an organized world. It was almost like the two of these worlds shouldn't be able to exist within such close proximity to one another.
