Nieve did not really want to see Sopheene and Allen kiss. She supported their relationship, she was happy that they both made each other happy, but she didn't want to be involved in actually seeing it. Luckily the guild hall had lots of books in it's library. The chance was low, but perhaps Nieve could find a book to help her learn a new style of poison. As a toxicologist, it was always important to improve your craft, that was what she thought. Before she could leave the resting area, Lyra's voice echoed through the room. She was advertising something, some sort of quest for the some ultimate quest. Only the bravest were allowed to apply. Of the twenty guildmates of Lamia Scale, three were still injured from previous missions, but the rest were fit and able.
Lyra turned to her specifically for some odd reason. Well, she was the best with drugs of all the Phosphora. "Okay." She replied after some deliberation. "I'm probably needed to make sure we don't lose anyone if it's as difficult as it seems." Nieve liked to think of herself as a dignified, sensible person. She wasn't as silly or playful as others her age, but she didn't have to be either. "I just need to make sure I have enough in my pack for the quest." She had up her supply of Anaryxia in order to drug the Phoenix Foot guildmembers. It was her favorite anesthetic after all. "If you can buy me more Anaryxia, then I'll agree." A small subdued smile was on her face. Lyra was a new member to the family, the latest one and she definitely had the talent to rise up in the ranks if she so wished.
There was a clinking sound as someone fiddled with their lockpicks. "These babies are getting a little old." Little Tymol said with a smirk, eyes almost flashing as he saw money before his eyes, a promise of a good reward. He was a young thief, a member of a group of street orphans in the streets of Phosphora. He was caught stealing and was sentenced to death, but with Adonis's intervention, the Crown decided to let the boy live in exchange for his services. "I'm not the best fighter, but if you need anyone to get in and out of a place, I'm your guy!" Not many were as sneaky as Tymol. Even less could hear him if he wanted to be stealthy. He would be a good scout whatever the mission may be.
Their makeout session done, Allen stood up, bow and quiver strapped to his back. "My baby sister's not going anywhere without me!" He declared, having always been protective of her. Even back at the Magnolia Estate he tried to keep her safe. Naturally, Nieve was pretty sure she could take care of herself. She didn't like fighting, but she could protect herself with poison should anyone get the wrong idea. Pheenie made a strange noise, burying her face in her arms. "You want to come too, Sophie?" Allen pat her head, the sickening lovebirds they were. "You won't find a swordswomen better than Sophie here." Nieve smiled, while internally thinking Pheenie was a cuter and more fitting nickname for someone as perfect as Sopheene.
