"As a matter of fact, hold this too," he stated, as he swiftly grabbed the teakettle and poured the boiling hot water down her gullet. He then turned his attention to the worm, and the woman it coiled around while the elderly woman attended to her tea. "Get off her, creature, we don't have time to dawdle here...this town is going to get very dangerous, very soon..."

Arubak was about to take a sip from his glass, when he saw the town begin to erupt into chaos. Then suddenly a woman drew out a knife and leaped towards Ash. Arubak sighed and raised...a finger gun. "Bang!" he smirked as he made a firing motion with his hand. As he did, a pebble suddenly lifted itself from the ground and flew through the hand the woman held the knife in, in an attempt to get her to drop it.

"I think we best get a move on. Whaddya say, hombre?" Arubak, asked, patting Ashe's shoulder and motioning towards the wagon. "Maybe take the girl with us as a hostage if she don't got no more fight left in 'er. Could be used as a bargaining....chip..." the warlord breathed, his drawling words drawn out more so than usual, as he saw a frightening sight.

The townspeople were changing..."Hahaha!" one yelled, pointing at no one and particular and laughing. "HAHAHAHAHA!" he guffawed, tears streaming from his eyes as he fell to his knees in glee, his entire body suddenly being engulfed in flame. He didn't seem too perturbed by this. In fact, he apparently took it in stride, as he stood up and went right on laughing.

A woman was heard screaming in the distance as she fell through her second floor window onto the ground below, completely coated in a mucky mud-like, substance. She continued to scream as she stood up and began thrashing wildly about.

"What in the goddamn world..." Arubak muttered, backing off and suddenly making a break for the wagon.
