|| Found Tonight || Dear Hamilton ||
"The plan is as follows," Adelyn brought up a map while Suzuya spoke. Levi piled her plate high with hot cakes and strips of fried meat, then poured syrup over all of it and took a seat in one of the plush chairs. Pen too, took human food, nibbling on a pastry, while Faustus piled his plate with all sorts of delicacies, not having eaten properly since his return to earth. Zinnia was not minding the talking, staring out the window, at the gaden longingly. "Our invitation to the Ball has been revoked, or at least, the Queen's invitation has. She has publicly declared the Patriots enemies, considering her hostility towards us for harboring Princess Levi." Levi looked up from her plate, a hot cake halfway to her mouth. Her cheeks turned pink and she cleared her throat. "I will reinstate the favor towards the Patriots, of course." Suzuya nodded and turned back towards her board.
"The Founders Day Ball is open to all nobility and the general public, which means that there will be no need to sneak in. As long as we enter on neutral ground, we will be allowed to go. Levi and her familiar will be in disguise of course." Once more they looked at her, this time, Levi was licking syrup off of her fingers. She wasn't sure whether to laugh or blush. "Of course, go on." Suzuya cleared her throat once more and winced, even with the pain elixers, she was still hurting. "We will strike after the Queen's opening dance. Anyone is allowed to approach her, of course, once she had taken a seat on her throne. One of us will be waiting on that line so that we will be in prime position." Suzuya began to cough, Lumier quickly scrambling to retrieve a drink for her.
"Once it is our turn, Levi will reveal herself and challenge the Queen for her right to the throne. Since it will be in the public eye, hopefully Yulissa will not engage in open combat. However, should she insist, Levi will challenge her to a duel. Levi will win and we will all sleep in our own beds." It seemed so simple, to pin all of their hopes on the Princess. To pray that Levi was fit for this job, that the Princess could bring the Patriots back to the good graces of the public eye. "Zinnia, you've been training her, how do you think she'll do?" Yuu asked, taking a sip of coffee from his cup. Zinnia looked away from the window. "Woefully under prepared, but her training will serve her well, if she can recall what I've taught her."
"I can! I remember a lot, but I still think I could use more-" Faustus cut her off. "Of course she needs more training! You've given her two months to prepare for what she should have been doing her entire life. What sort of education was Althea giving her!" He grumbled. "I did not say the training has ended," Zinnia amended, glaring at him. Faustus smiled, giving Levi a thumb's up as the Princess groaned. The others laughed, they seemed to find Faustus entertaining and had accepted the Prince readily into their ranks. "Are you done? Should we go out to the garden?" Zinnia asked, clearly eager to go outside into the sunshine. Levi placed her plate down and picked up her wand, "I'm ready, let me show you all I've learned."
