“Please, Evelyn, would you satisfy the demon in me by charming that little bottle?” Close to being persuasive. Not quite there yet. He leaned towards her, his lips by her ear. “I'll make a fair trade for your services.” Sylas pulled back to hold her gaze instead. “I'll give you one question,” he said. “Any question and I'll answer it, honestly. No lies, omissions or ambiguity.”

Making such a deal was a little sweetener in the mix. She scanned his eyes for a trace of doubt, a trace he would try to pull the wool over her eyes but he remained calm and serious. For that, he got his precious reward and went about disrupting someone else's night. Meanwhile, Evelyn went to loopholes her or Sylas could find in their trade, or what her question should be. They'd have to have another talk clarifying the terms and conditions as any good deal was made.

It didn't seem long before she heard the same voice, loud and proud regarding a game of 7 minutes in heaven. She never played before but there were enough references floating around the world for her to get the concept. You spin the enchanted bottle and spend 7 minutes with the person you desire. Her peers were lucky today, to a degree. To another, unlucky. Sylas and her would only have to navigate the desire behind the bottle and dirty secrets were revealed.

As she approached the circle somebody slid their arms through hers. Keith invited her to take a walk and Evelyn let herself be led by him. He was happy and energetic but there was also a difference at the core. One could have such luck and simply change moods to ecstatic but this was something else. He stepped in front of her for display and after a moment's silence, he spoke. “Problem solved. Hi, I’m Daniel.” He held out his hand and Evelyn raised her brows, shaking his hand obligingly. There was a large amount of bizarreness to this circumstance but a slither of it made sense all the same.

“Hi, I’ve heard so much about you.”

“I'm the son of Hecate, most my injuries are self-inflicted. I have a debatably bad habit of playing with illusions and conjurations.” Daniel reacquainted himself with her. He started to pull on his top, revealing the corresponding events with the scars. “Wendigo conjuration, zombie, crossbow.” He smirked and Evelyn had to suppress the urge to roll her eyes. He was like a naughty kid that played with fire. Somewhere, she was relieved they were self-inflicted opposed to the alternative. “And spear.” He concluded. Evelyn's eyes drifted to the scar. She didn't need to see his back again to know it was the twin. “This is the one that killed me.” Evelyn met his eyes. He didn't say almost killed him, he said it killed him. She lowered her eyes unsure of how to respond. “Thank you for your help, Evelyn,” he said.

Feeling nothing but sincerity coming from him, she nodded. “Of course.” With the air cleared and heavy subject covered, Evelyn shifted her attention back towards the converging demigods. She thought it was about time to officially join the festivities.

Daniel kissed her cheek. “You look beautiful by the way.”

She was torn between a sigh and a smile. She must have had a kiss here sign. It was a kind gesture and he offered a compliment, she had no problem with that, but the pattern normally followed a request. “Thank you.”

“Can I get the lady a drink? Theeen maybe steal a dance?”

“That's kind of a hidden request,” she muttered to herself. Daniel only sprinkled it with a lot more suggestion and apparently thievery. Evelyn glanced anxiously to the gathering demigods. She didn't like to be unpunctual or the odd one out, even for the sake of a ridiculous game. A ridiculous game that hinted at some personal information. “Should we not join the others?” Evelyn looked back to Daniel.

Strange that she couldn't simply abandon him. Whether that was etiquette prompting her or something else, she wasn't sure. Perhaps because she had very recently met this new man and they were on a fresh slate. “One,” she enunciated, seemingly out of the blue. One drink. One dance,” she said holding up her index finger, emphasising to use his chance wisely.

She linked her arm through his and led them closer gradually. There was no rush to attend to the game herself but she would like to be in observing range, see whose bottle fell on who. “You're going to have to tell me why on earth you were compelled to conjure flesh hunting creatures. I cannot begin to understand....If your reason is ‘just for fun’ however, then please spare me.” This time she unhooked their arms standing in front of him. “I'd sooner hear more on the myth of the wendigo. I know very vaguely of them but one can never be too careful. It's a myth eat myth world. To some, we shouldn't even exist.” A single brow shot up followed by an amused smile.

“Hello, Trinity. Nice evening huh? I got in last night so that's why I am late. I am still learning the ropes here so if you have any recommendations, I'll gladly take them. Is this ya'll's first year here or have both of you been here before?”

Trinity opened her mouth to give her some recommendations alright but Andy quickly led them elsewhere. “Do you think maybe you're being a little hard on him?” Trinity huffed out. “He never questions you about your male friends. I doubt he has a dishonest bone in his body. He's arguably one of the nicest guys at camp. He's crazy about you... And he makes you happy.”

She tapped Andy’s shoulder as a playful scolding. “What the hell? Don't reverse psychology me, I asked you first and just be on my side.” Trinity sighed out shaking her head a little. This time it wasn't jealousy...well pure jealous anyway. All day she had been softening herself up, getting into a vulnerable state of mind and he comes with Alex clinging to his side. “Throw me a frickin bone,” she teased. She didn't come walking arm in arm looking bright as daisies with one of her male friends. And Alex was Alex, a very touchy-feely, flirty, beaming young woman. Trinity had half a mind to paint the picture better to Andy and Wes, acting like that with Mason before remembering their talk and Andy's conflicted feelings for him. Whether she was the jealous type or not, it wasn't a nice feeling. This wasn't about, Alex. It's about him and me.

“Don't be dumb like me and ruin a good thing.” Andy squeezed her arm. “I'm going to go take a shot... or like five. But you should go talk to him. 5 bucks says, he's already forgiven you.” Trinity glowered after Andy. Trinity wasn't done with her.

She crossed her arms then turned in time to meet eyes with Wes. “Trinity... You look gorgeous.” Be nice, she gave a mental note to herself. At the moment that meant looking between him and his hands full with his priorities. He set them on the table. “Can I get you a drink?”

The corner of her lips twitched up into a smile. She looked over to the drinks. “I’m more than capable of getting my own, thanks,” she said. Looking back to him, she caved and she smirked playfully. “Besides, I wouldn't want you to miss out on the rest of your burger.”

Then a male spoke up and suggested a game. 7 heaven. Yikes. “Did you want to join? I wouldn't kiss anyone... just stand there awkwardly for 7 minutes.” She looked up at Wes who had crept closer. “I mean, you can kiss whoever you want though... Or we could just walk around. Or I could leave you alone. I just want you to enjoy yourself... to be happy.”

“Well with your permission...” she broke off and chuckled. She should really stop tormenting the man. Trinity pat his chest, “I trust you.” She smiled up at him proudly. They both knew her statement wasn't as casual as she said, it was true and held all the depth in the world.

“I won't know what happens behind...the literal closed door, whether you kiss them or not Wes, but I know how you feel for me. That's something a kiss, a touch and the horizontal tango won't erase.” Looking at the closet Andy summoned, she quickly corrected herself. “Vertical tango, no - ” no that just became the tango, Trinity sighed out. “You get it. Besides I would never dream of denying the ladies a chance with the son of Aphrodite. You can just make up a safe word if they get too handsy and I'll come running.” She chuckled. Wes was likely used to fighting off some lust monsters.

When she saw Eve get the bottle, she shifted in front of Wes and reached back for him, pushing his hip gently to prompt him to scoot behind her. Obviously she couldn't make the guy disappear entirely with the size and frame difference but it was better to be argued about who it landed on than him be couple obvious inches to the side. Trinity tilted her head back at Wes. “Still trust you. Don't trust her,” she explained. “You look very spunky by the way,” she added.

Her strategy was to mosey on over and by then the blonde would have spun and not landed on Wes. Then she saw Liam sitting there, tense as ever, looking ready to rip into someone at the word, and she just wanted to scream. She couldn't block everyone. Quickly she decided to be a warning at least. She opened and closed her hand waiting for Wes to hold hers and Trinity plucked herself a drink and sat next to Liam. She left a decent gap because he was massive and didn't need somebody squished against him on a log, but by gods if any girls tried any funny business sliding between them... “Who do we want to kill or severely harm now?” she muttered leaning towards him. There was always somebody on the hitlist, for herself anyway.

For all she knew it could just be the social and gaming scene bringing out the worst in his mood. Trinity pat his back twice in the best 'there, there' gesture a daughter of Ares could give to her sibling. Although it wouldn't surprise her if he bit her head off in which case she'd happily respond with equal aggression. Liam and her still had a very rocky, test the waters relation. She felt an embedded loyalty and care for him but reading him or knowing how he'd respond to stuff...no.
