Daniel saluted when he was handed the bottle. "Andy, Evie. Evie, Andy," he said as he motioned between herself and the red head he was previously dancing with. "Evie helped bring me back. And Mason. And, uh, dancing isn't in the Hecate genes so don't expect much from this one."

"Andy is it?" She turned her attention toward her present company. With a friendly smile, Andy nodded her head in acknowledgement. "I'm just checking because typically I go by Evelyn, and suddenly it's Evie. He also once introduced a demigod to me as Summer."

She laughed, shaking her head at the comment. "That sounds like Daniel." It was strange having him back. And according to him, this red head was part of the reason he came back at all. "I don't know how you helped him become... him again. But thanks," she said quietly, but her appreciation was genuine. "And don't worry. I don't have my brother's pension for nicknames. Evelyn it is."

"Help me out a little with the dancing comment. Is it that you won't dance, or him being foolish?"

She laughed, rolling her eyes slightly. "Daniel just likes to think he's the Gods' gift to the camp. He knows full well I can dance. I just choose not to peacock everywhere."

Andy watched her brother join the rest of the campers and spin his bottle. After the first go it landed on Theo along with a gaggle of women. Daniel went to spin it again, and surprisingly it landed on the same group the second time. He looked over at her, giving her an accusing glance. Andy's face scrunched up as she shrugged her shoulders. She didn't blame him for thinking it was her, but regardless, it wasn't.

Evelyn smiled toward her after noticing Daniel's glare. "I'm sure he's grateful deep down."

She gave a quiet chuckle through her nose, as she watched Daniel disappear into the closet with a brunette. "Grateful or not, he deserves to be put on the spot." Andy looked back over toward Evelyn. "He is terrible about easing someone into the whole 'Psych. You're brother's not actually dead' situation."

There was a brief silence, not that it was awkward on Andy's end. She enjoyed being in the company of someone who didn't maybe know all the drama that seemed to surround her. Or maybe, Evelyn knew but didn't seem to care. Either way, it was a breath of fresh air and for, at least, a little, she could maybe try to enjoy the stupid party.

"I would personally love to dance without fear of being ground against." Evelyn's words definitely implied that one, her brother rubbed his ass all up on this poor girl and two, that she was looking for a more PG dance partner. She watched the red head grab her drink, preparing to observe the closet shenanigans or go dance.

"You don't have to tell me twice." Andy hooked her arm in Evelyn's and started toward the refreshments. She told herself one drink earlier that night, but screw it. She snatched up the nearest beer, popping the cap off with her magic then took a sip. With a little bit more of liquid encouragement, she led herself and Evelyn toward a small clearing closer to the origin of the music. "I swear, no grinding." she laughed as she crossed her heart with her right index finger.

It took a moment for Andy to get a feel for the beat of the music. Her body slowly swayed at first getting a feel for the rhythm. She always loved dancing, and when her mind was bombarded with everything else... It was a pleasant change of pace. It let her worries just slip away. She was happy being removed from the party games and from where she stood, she couldn't see neither Ajax nor Mason. Evelyn seemed like the type of girl far more content dancing with other girls, a feeling Andy herself shared. It wasn't about anything else, but having fun and enjoying the music. So, she made sure she remained close to Evelyn, but not too close to encroach on her personal space.

Finally loosened up, Andy took another sip of her drink and let out a soft sigh. "For a minute, I could almost forget all the dumb drama here." She smiled slightly, swaying her hips and rocking her head back and forth. She looked over at her dancing partner. Andy was so wrapped up in everything else, she barely got a chance to talk to any of the new campers. So far, Evelyn seemed to have her head screwed on straight. Definitely smarter than the average girl.

"So," she said, breaking their silence. "Is there anyone here you want to lock lips with for 7 minutes?" She then held up her hand to stop Evelyn before she answered. "I don't need a name. Just curious." Her outstretched hand moved to run back through her wavy hair. She briefly glanced over her shoulder toward the fire and the campers congregating hoping for their own turn. "Or are we trying to hide?" Andy smiled, raising her beer to her lips. "Because I'm totally ok with that." She laughed and took another drink.
