"Do whatever you have to do to fix her," Itward crossed his arms. "It seems my sister and the Princess are both oddly stuck on this Rubble." Corren glanced up at Itward, as though to ask if he did all this. Itward gave a subtle shake of his head. "Well, I'll need to set up a sterile field, Aya, I'm gonna put you to sleep the rest of the way, alright?" She probably couldn't respond with the sedative in her system anyhow, but he figured he may as well let her know what was going to happen. "Will she be okay?" Cress wanted to know, she was worried about the way Aya was staring at her. "Afterwards, yes, but right now, it's important that I fix this. I'll need everyone to clear the area, except you Heron, you'll be my assistant." He couldn't ask Cress to do it, wouldn't want the Princess's hands to get dirty.

"I'm going to take my leave, I'll be back in the morning to see how things are progressing." Itward excused himself, leaving Cress to go upstairs and figure out how things worked. The shower was the same one that Heron had in her apartment. She stripped off her clothing, wondering why Corren didn't ask for her help and stepped under the steady stream of heat. She washed her hair, realizing that it hadn't grown a bit since she had come here. How long was she in this city for? Did her Mother miss her? Did she even care? She rifled through the drawers, finding pajamas and put them on. They were silky, far too silky for her liking, but they would have to do. "I'll have to ask Itward if I can go shopping." Somehow she had the sense that she was being held hostage here.

The worst part was that she had agreed to all of this, this craziness, in the hope that it would bring her the answers she sought. Why wouldn't Ellie tell her anything? Why didn't her supposed sister trust her? Cress swallowed hard, sitting down on the bed. She tried playing with the remote, but the only channels on television were soap operas. She flipped through the language books, having begun to learn how to read their strange glyphs with Heron's help. "I'm just gonna have to keep learning it on my own I guess," she flipped through it, copying the letters, attempting to memorize them. She had never been good with practical work, that was always Ellie's department. Hopefully tomorrow Itward would come with her requested items.

He probably thought her strange that she wanted to be surrounded by plants, but this house, with its strange charm, felt oddly sterile. She would feel more secure if she could keep herself busy between whatever it was everyone had planned for her. Once Aya was on the mend, she would probably start her lessons with Heron to become a knight. Cress was glad that Aya finally aspired for something more. When they had first met, she seemed determined to remian a Rubble. Perhaps having gone to that ball that night, the night everything spiraled out of control, had made Aya realized that she had the potential to be more? Cress hoped so. She smiled to herself as she thought about it, wondering how far along Aya had come.
