"Because he's just as scared as you are." Nana sighed, what he said was true she understood that but at the same time, it was a hard pill to swallow. She wasn't sure how she should react or what she should say, so she just looked down at the ground as Jessie continued to speak. Not saying anything more, she silently continued to grind her teeth as a way to keep quiet. It was obvious she was the odd man out right now so there was no need to keep trying to convince the others to change their mind.

Jessie hugging Judah just cemented that belief, she had no idea what it was to have a sibling but she understood enough to understand that she had no chance to win this argument. She sighed once more and hugged herself, not in pity but in irritation. She tried to hide it but it was hard. Some annoyance did slip through. Although something beautiful happened in front of her eyes, she couldn't appreciate it. So, in the end, she just looked away and ignored it all.

Ivan watched with fascination as strings formed from nothing, he hadn't been able to see it before when only Nana was awake. But he understood that it was the base of Judah's power, that these strings that most of the time was invisible to Ivan probably made Judah able to tell what power everyone has. In the end, he finally started to understand how someone else besides himself could describe his power better than Ivan could. Sure, it was a bit scary but fascinating at the same time.

"I'm not scared. I don't see why I should be scared," Ivan was truly honest. He didn't see any reason to be scared of Judah. Perhaps it was biased, it was a huge possibility since Ivan always had pictured himself as a monster so he understood. He still felt that he was a monster so perhaps it was suited that he was placed in a team of other monsters?

"We need a team name."

Nana was still facing in another direction and ignored the comment. Ivan slightly nodded as he started to walk towards the others, "Sure, do you have any suggestions?"
