Brody let out a chuckle when the man ordered a Long Island after he said Brody would have to pay, liking his cute smirking. “My pleasure. Hun, just add his drinks to my tab.” He said to the bartender as she brought the Long Island over and dropped a straw into it. Brody turned back to the man as he talked, a grin coming across his face as he talked about not seeing each other at the bar before, and saying it was a shame. It was night when Brody had someone to bounce compliments and flirts off of, while it was fun embarrassing someone, it was better to have some sort of interaction.
He quickly introduced himself as Eli. “Pretty name for a pretty boy.” Brody said after taking a sip of his drink, and then asked what he should be called. “Well, that's up to you. Brody. Babe…” He paused for a second, taking the cherry out of his Mai Tai and slowly sliding it into his mouth and pulling the stem off, setting it down on his drink coaster. “Daddy…” Brody wasn’t one to actually like being called Daddy, but knew it would get a reaction out of people as well. [color=#006C5D]“But as I said, don't really care, been called worse at the rallies.” He said as he finished his drink and nodded to the bartender for another, starting to feel a bit of the buzz.
“So since I’m buying you drinks, think it’s only fair you tell me about yourself. You seem like the interesting type.” Brody said, and he wasn’t entirely wrong. While he himself didn’t frequent this establishment often, the bartender didn’t have much gossip about him, and plus wearing more neutral colors and hangings towards the end of the bar, where one could easily keep an eye out as well as blend in. He was interested in knowing a bit more about Eli, the more mysterious someone was, usually the more fun they were and better secrets they would have.
The bartender brought Brody’s second drink and he thanked her quickly sliding some cash across the counter as an early tip, then turning back towards Eli while taking a sit up his drink. “Though first I guess I should share a bit about moi. I’m single, and gay..” He said with a laugh and wink.
