I can be good
But I can be bad
You think these names would be making me mad
Just say my name out loud

It had been a fortnight since the young and fiery crew of the Stardust had mutinied against Captain Midas and quickly left him alone in a small port with only a pocket full of coins and his name. Jack was excited to do more, a bit caught up in the moment of a mutiny, but Hellfireβs first act as Captain was to show mercy to a former friend. The Stardust crew wanted to chase the legend of Arimathea, follow the clues they had and claim the treasure along with the fame and glory that would spread across the seven seas of the first crew to actually find the lost treasure. The first clue wasnβt much help, the letter was meant someone else, initials D.V. and the sender wasnβt a name Hellfire, nor even Midas, recognized. But when Navy, the Stardustβs Helmsman studied the letter a bit more, he realized he recognized the senderβs name, well more so his callsign, a former English Navy Officer. Robert spoke about how he was known for his distinguished actions, but was asked to relieve his position after his superiors were worried about his fixation of old ocean legends and suspicions of piracy, and he knew where this ex-officer was last known to be, Dixie Bay.
There werenβt too many nights for the Stardust between the small port where they left their former captain and Dixie Bay, and along the way planning what they would be doing. Their approach would be to question the officer named Thomas Pound, whether their questioning would be peaceful or more violent would be decided later, little Jack hoping to have some fun. Hellfire said her and Jack would be the ones to talk to Pound while the rest of the ship had their own missions. Most would be restocking resources they were running low on and making deals with the land merchants and smugglers, but Codfish insisted on being involved with the task. It was decided she would be the bulk of the distraction in the tavern Thomas Pound was staying, and Navy would accompany her and assist if needed.
When the Stardust made anchor at Dixie Bay, Rosia was excited to get started, her wicked smile planted across her face as she quickly climbed down the mast and to the main deck. It had been sometime since she had been ashore and making her way towards a tavern was a great start. She knew the plan that Captain had come up with was important, but she wasnβt going to pass up having a wee bit of fun along the way. She quickly hopped over the side of the ship after getting ready, not wanting to wait for the crew to lay down the footbridge to the dock. βEy, let gets goin, Iβm good anβ ready to get the start.β She shouted to the others as she watched them make their way off the ship. Jack waited until Hellfire walked past her before continuing towards the buildings that made up Dixie Bay.
Dixie Bay wasnβt anything too great, there were much better ports and harbors scattered the islands in the Atlantic, but there were also worse ones than Dixie Bay. It had its share of trades, smugglers, and pirates, but also numerous people living a standard life free of the troubles of piracy. The Stardust would make stops at ports like this one often to either restock on resources and offload cargo. But tonight while the majority of the crew put off the masquerade of an ordinary overhaul, a few would be off gathering more information about the Lost Treasures of Arimathea, the true start of the Stardust's chase for glory and gold. Jack's steps were in more of a skip as she followed closely to Hellfire, something she did more and more throughout her time with the Stardust, and even more now since the mutiny. Rosia admired Meghan and when the first talks of a mutiny against Midas and for Meg to take over began, she was all for it. Jack had always been more loyal towards Hellfire than any others on the crew, even though she enjoyed her talks with Doctor Codfish below deck, her squabbles with Navy at the helm and her other numerous interactions with the rest of the ship.
ββEreβs the tavern Captain, The Hatch, just like Navy had told.β Jack said as she quickly pointed to the loud two storied building, bustling with energy and activity to their side. If fate would be in their favor, Thomas Pound would be on the second floor in a room that he had been renting permanently from the owner.
