Gamble felt his shoulders relax as a wave of relief washed over his body, letting out a heavy sigh. "Oh I see... Well... That's good to know, thank you." He smiled and nodded before he looked off to one side, smile fading at the final few words.
"Ah... Yes, yes I know... I haven't been the best friend lately, hm?" He said quietly, picking up on Darius' disapproving mannerisms. "I need to do better, I know." He said firmly with a nod before he coughed quietly and placed a hand upon his shoulder, standing at turning to the kitchen door which branched from the living room. "Would you like something to drink? Or eat? I'm not sure how much food I have... I haven't been out much recently..."
