Darius blinked quickly when he heard Gamble speaking, feeling a little silly having to hold his hand to get around, not all that used to it if he was honest. Though, when the demon came to the offering of a chair, he tried to offer a smile, did he forget to mention to his contract how strongly he disliked being sat down or laying down for too long? He kept himself standing behind the chair though, smiling softly at Gamble's features.
"Yes, Master Gamble...your shoulder...is it...I mean....I am finding it rather hard to be someone you can depend on....when I can not get to you when you most need me." Darius admitted gently, looking downward at his hands. "I do not wish to anger you with my ignorance My Lord, but, please dont be angry with me for being unable to aid you..."
Darius felt so much like a faliure right there and then, giving that they hadn't even conversed properly about the 'feeling' thing the other evening.
