Peter looked up at Jack. Anger was clearly in his eyes, and his tone showed it too.

"Why? You should know...you set ME UP! BASTARD! This is how your group works, you want to save the world huh? How by locking me up, you don't know what your doing..the formula you and your buddies are making will cause EVERYONE TO DIE!"

Jack immediately increased his tone. This man had just mentioned something about a formula that could kill. Jack's mind was immediatly labeling it a bio-terrorist attack. And if he knew that, then that would label this Peter, a very suspicious man. A suspect.

"You had best settle your ass down, Peter. I don't know what the hell you're on about, but if you don't start talking we might be here a VERY long time. And you have my organization wong. I don't know where you think you are, but you're under federal arrest and are being held at Counter Terrorist Unit's headquarters here in LA. You just mentioned something about a formula, that could kill. And you do realize now that that makes you suspect number one in any possible threat made to the United States."

Jack stood up. He went over to Peter and stared him dead in the face. The binding in the chair would prevent Peter from lashing out at Jack.

"You're not the average person I'd think would become a terrorist. You look new. But it's not surprising, I've seen people like you attack their own country before. You do realize how deep you are? You could be sent to prison for the rest of your life, and I don't think those fancy tricks I've seen you perform will be much help to you."

Jack of course didn't know how deep the tricks went. Jack had only seen a handful.

"Now back to this formula you mentioned. What is it? A virus? A poison? What's it contained in? A canister? A vial? A damn test tube?! GOD DAMMIT START TALKING PETER!"

Tony was outside the interrogation chamber. Watching Jack do the interrogation. Jack always seemed to know what he was doing, but it was Tony's job to make sure he didn't go out of hand... Jack could sometimes go out of hand....

Jon had walked over.

"Excuse me Mr.Almedia, It seems your group is dealing with various issue's such as the destruction of the Empire States Building. I was wondering if I could join CTU, temporarily of course."

Tony looked over at the man. Then nodded. "Do that. Call me if you get anything..."

WASHINGTON D.C.
The Pentagon

The general looked at the files he was just handed.

"Sir, this came in a few mintues ago from the Florida Keys."
"What is it?"

The general looked at some brief distorted images.

"It's the monster sir. THe one that attacked Tokyo."
"He didn't go to any of the Gulf States?"
"It's been confirmed sir. He has just left the Gulf area."
"Well what's his present course?"
"He's turned north and is heading up along the East Costlines. If he should continue, he could hit New York City in less than a day."
"My God...."
"That's not all, sir."
"What else is there?"

The man handed him two more files.

"This file contains some data and a few images.....of something similiar already in New York."
"What?"
"It's in the harbor area, in some hidden cave or something."
"What is it?"
"Well.......it looks like Godzilla sir.......but is smaller, and hasn't really done much of anything to be considered a threat."
"Monitor it 24/7, if it's in New York, we don't want to let our guard down. What's the second file?"
"One we should probably worry about." the man said handing him the second file.

The general opened up and was greeted by a photograph of yet another monster's head. The monster was something unlike he had ever seen.

"What the hell is that?"
"That, is yet another monster, spotted earlier today by an oil tanker. The ship sustained some minor damage, and the crew is being questioned. One man got that photograph and said the monster attacked the ship. And our radars we think have found what attackd them.....it's also headed for New York City...and should be there in two hours..."

The general looked up...

"Begin a mandatory evacuation of New York City immediately..."
