5 months ago, a large nuclear powerplant in Japan went haywire, and completely destroyed Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, and Nagoya. Now all that's left is destruction, a limited amount of survivors, and mutant beasts that run around.

This is not based off the movie. I just liked the title. Its completely different.
