Name: Joseph Stewart, Lord Ashburton.

Height: 5' 9"
Weight: 145 lbs
Hair: Dark brown, short almost but not quite neat.
Eyes: Pale blue
Skin: Slight tan which fades to pale in the winter.
Nationality: British (Technically the Stewarts are of course Scottish).
General Appearance: Mostly he dresses in smart clothes, but somehow always looks a little frayed around the edges. Appearance is not all that important to this man.

History:

Joseph is the third son of the Duke of Rothesay, a Scottish noble of some importance. He grew up in the castles of the Scottish highlands had the education of a noble, and as the third son had a choice of either the Clergy or entry into the army as an officer. Having seen the death and destruction of the Great War and not really having the faith required of the church, Joseph went to university instead. He went to Durham to study engineering, his innate magic ability is very small but he was good with his hands. He received a reasonable second class honours degree and instead of leaving university stayed on in the post of technician working in the department of Magical Research where he assists the students in their studies and lectures with demonstrations of the integration of magic and mechanics.
