So I managed to get an advanced screening of the movie today through the sci-fi society in my college. At first I was a little apprehensive about the movie but let me tell you it was one of the best movies I have seen in a really, really long time. Anyone hyped and or seen it already? :D
Never before have so many come together from all quarters of the galaxy. But never before have we faced an enemy such as this. The Reapers will show us no mercy. We must give them no quarter. They will terrorize our populations. We must stand fast in the face of that terror. They will advance until our last city falls, but we will not fall. We will prevail. Each of us will be defined by our actions in the coming battle. Stand fast. Stand strong. Stand together. Hackett out.

I'm actually hyped to see it.
I've caught up to all the previous DC movies just so I can watch The Avengers.
Heard it was a really good movie though. Can't wait!

It's a great movie. Granted there isn't that much to the plot, typical action/superhero movie flare. But the careful, brilliant writing and directing makes up for it. It's well paced, has great action (WITH NO SHAKY CAM, THANK YOU JOSS WHEDON!!!), and great actors playing well-developed, nuanced, and believable characters that you could watch just bounce off each other for hours. So yeah you should see it if you like action, superheros, or just fun movies.
