The Ramonian Emperor, descended from a long line of Imperial rulers. A Titan of a man in both appearance and power: Despite his Jolly personality towards those he favors, he is fully capable of ruthlessness and mighty violence. It is often preached he has been given great power by the heavens so he may smite his enemies, a gift from the gods after dedicating his life to nothing but training and education.

Surprisingly he's very into artifacts and the paranormal, and was overjoyed to hear of the Gypsy's store opening. At the end of each month, he expects at least one antique for his collection. And it must be cleansed of all evil...
