Duncan James

Duncan laughed when Andrea asked what his middle name was. "It's Joseph. That's right all of my names are first names, Duncan Joeseph James. Sounds stupid doesn't it?" Duncan laughed again. "What's yours?" Duncan wondered looked through more of the sheet but all of the questions seemed pretty mundane. Perhaps he had to display his power to spice up the situation a little?

Andrea Wilson

Andrea heard his middle name at laughed as he started joking about it. "It's not that bad," she reassured him with a humorous tone. He seemed so calm about it. She wrote his middle name down on the paper and then he asked for hers. Her middle name wasn't as bad as his, but she wasn't a big fan of it. She exhaled slowly. "Ramero," she whispered. She didn't want the entire class to know her middle name. "My full name is Andrea Ramero Wilson. Ramero is my mom's last name," she added. She smiled and scanned over the sheet trying to find another decent question, but all of them were pretty simple. She thought about asking him about his ability, but she would rather see it. She could show him hers. It was pretty cool. "Can you show me your special skill?" she asked curiously.

Duncan James

As Duncan wondered how to show off his power Andrea had asked him to do just that. Duncan pointed over to the whiteboard where a marker pen was floating in the air. Duncan smiled as he watched it write on the board 'cool right?' in a really messy style. His telekinesis wasn't quite good enough for perfect handwriting but at least it was readable and still showed off his power. The pen dropped as Duncan's focus moved to Andrea and he gave her a cheeky grin.

Andrea Wilson

Andrea watched as he focused on the bored and she was a bit scared that he would blow it up or it would catch on fire. But as the marker pen moved on the bored she laughed a bit at the message. 'Telekinesis' she thought to herself. She wrote down his ability on her sheet of paper and then looked back at him. "Very nice. Now you have to work on your penmanship," she added jokingly. Then pen dropped back down and she tried to think of a way to show him her power. "My turn."

She closed her eyes and imagined an oasis. It had sparkling water and the sand was white. There wasn't one cloud in the sky and the beach seemed to go on for miles. She touched Duncan's hand sending him the image. But the only different is he would actually think he was there. Andrea even put herself in the illusion so that he wasn't entirely alone. "Cool right?" she asked aloud and in the illusion.

Duncan James

Duncan laughed at how Andrea commented on his writing. "Maybe with more practice." He replied jokingly. Waiting eagerly for Andrea to show of her power, he had a glance around the classroom to see that nobody even reacted to his writing on the board. That moment he felt something on his hand and blinked in response. Once his eyes opened however he was no longer in the classroom. Instead he was sat down beside Andrea in a vast desert, an oasis before them. He felt odd, almost as if he was asleep. "You can teleport?" He asked Andrea who remained beside him, still in contact with his hand. As he looked out over the baking sand he felt an unusual pressure on his brain. His head began to ache and he pulled his hand against it. Not sure if it was to do with Andrea's magic or not he chose to keep quiet and hope that she didn't notice.

Andrea Wilson

Andrea shook her head when he guessed teleportation. Maybe she should have started with a smaller illusion. When she got an extreme headache she removed her hand from Duncan's arm and opened her eyes. They were back in the classroom as if they never left. She started to rub her temples and focused on slow breathing. The last thing she needed was to have a panic attack in the middle of class. She had embarrassed herself enough. "Illusion. My ability is illusion," she said sounding a bit annoyed. She wasn't annoyed with him it was just the headache was bothering her.

After a few moments the bell rung. Time for break. She reached down into her bag and double checked to make her sure her pills were stillthere. They were and she let out a sigh of relief. "Ready to go?"

Duncan James

Duncan felt stupid because Andrea had corrected him. Her magic was, in fact, not teleportation but instead it was illusion. Illusion sounded like a cool magic to have and Duncan liked the idea of being able to mess with whoever he wanted too. "Sorry. Illusion sounds cool though." Duncan spoke once the classroom had reappeared around him. The bell sounded, so he quickly checked his phone to see the reply from Alice. Sure who is it? Without time to reply Duncan just slipped his phone away and swung his bag around his shoulder. "Come on then." Duncan said and he laughed and began to walk towards the door and out of the classroom.
