Once entering the club, Fal looked around, briefly taking in his surroundings. A raggedy looking man in a corner seemed to be sniffing something feverishly, a woman had just passed out on the bar counter, a pair of burly men picked her up and dragged her into the men's bathroom. Fal thought nothing of this, he had always considered humans as stupid irrelevant beings, or food if the cravings set in. Looking to the middle of the floor, a pair were dancing differently then the other clubbers, this pair seemed to be ball-room dancing. The orphanage didn't have many books, but it did have an old-torn up book regarding dancing. The man was very good at it, however, his partner was dwarfed by his skill, although, she hadn't tripped or embarassed herself, Fal could tell she was having some troubles with it. The man briefly pulled away, and smiled a flash of teeth, vampire teeth, Fal's eyes widened for only a moment, then returned to their normal position. Fal had become interested in these too, it looked as though he could see a master at work.
Sanity is just a limitation

If I was normal, then why would you even acknowledge me?

CHARACTER SHEET:
Name: Dark
Sex:Female
Age:427
Vampire/Half-vampire/Slayer: Vampire
Appearance:Here
Weapon(s):Cross handed-spear, throwing knives, and a scimitar.
History:Was once the "Queen of the Seas", one of the most feared pirate captains that ever sailed the seas. Other than that, nothing much is known.

IC:

Dark was brooding. She did that. It was kinda her thing. She was leaning against a wall in an alleyway, just waiting for someone to come along so she could suck them dry. She wasn't even hungry, she just like the feel of blood. And the color wasn't half bad either. Dark sighed and looked to the sky. In theory, she was strong enough to sustain a short amount of time in the sun, but Dark didn't want to find out the hard way that she had been suffering under a rather false delusion. Pale skin burned so easy.

"Troublesome..."

Isabell cocked her head for a moment, thinking. "Well.. I suppose, if you don't mind an inept half breed along for the ride, sure.." she shrugged her shoulders. It wasn't often she might have a chance to see how the other side lived. It was probably going to be one hell of a night though. "I'll not be much use though.. I'm rather weak in everything.. my human side coming through.." she thought. She wasn't so nervous now, but anticipation of the hunt was beginning to settle on her, that feeling of relief she got when, on the occasional chances, she let herself hunt. She licked her lips and smiled slightly, showing the points of her canines come through. They weren't full fangs like he had of course, but were definitely something that looked out of place in a human mouth. "Where shall we go? Any preferences?"

Ic: Riker

He was all for going into this club. He wanted a kill to break in the feel of New York. He was following Jim inside, when he felt a strange feeling in the back of his head, it was something he'd felt before. There was a Vampire near by...outside. Riker patted Jim on the shoulder, "Hey, you check out the inside, I'm gonna stay out here, for some fresh air..." He flipped out his phone, that served as a two way radio as well, most SOS members had these. He figured Jim did too. "...If anything happens, chirp me, I'll back you up." He said. "Now get in there and kill something!" He said as more of a joke. He turned around, and walked away from the entrance of the club.

Making his way across the street, Rikers feeling was becoming stronger. He looked around corners, and dumpsters, alley after alley, until he saw her. He knew she was a Vampire, pale skin, fangs, it really was obvious to an SOS member. Walking up towards the female vampire in the alley, he began to speak, "Well, well, well....what do we have here?" He was gonna play stupid for the time. "Isn't it a little late for a young woman such as yourself to be out?" HE said in a threatening manner. He drew closer, playing dumb, as if he were to mug her.

Ic: Virgil

"Ahh you young ones today, so insecure...Anyway..." Virgil said turning around, pointing to the rafters, where tables were at. "I've got a meal waiting on us. You can just be the "friend" I went to look for." He smiled and kissed her hand. "If you would, follow me." He said with a bow. Very formal, thats just the way he was.

He began to lead his way to the three women from before. Glancing behind him, he spoke to the female from the Dancefloor. "Just use the same charm you know you have, love, and we should have a great meal this night." He said. Almost to their destination, he suddenly turned and almost ran into her, "My apologies, but I realized I never learned your name, miss...?"

Name: Kurt
Sex: Male
Age: 20
Vampire/Half-vampire/Slayer:Half-vampire/Slayer
Appearance: Green eyes, brown hair.Looks like sig. Wears trench coat, mc chris t, black pants.
Weapon(s): Magnum, survival knife. Jodo, Salvate.
History: Being born part Vampire wasn't easy for Kurt, nor was hating most of them. He has hated vampires ever since his mother and father were killed by his uncle. He later aveneged his family, but at the cost of being hunted by the rest. He was an outcast, living by himself since the age of 5. He tries to suppress his craving by drinking blood taken from the hospital. He's a cold assassin of all he sees fit to kill, and a protector of those he deems friendly.
(No, I'm not copying blade)
=========================================================================================
Kurt sat on a stool in the club, watching as he ate. He had just finished a job downtown, mopping up a random gang for the police. He wouldn't normally care, but their leader was a vampire, he had abused his role to kill and eat off of anyone. He stared at the dancefloor, looking for the systoms of the undead. He spotted a few, but waited long enough to see if they would kill before engaging them. Where the hell do they all come from?
"She called me late last night, to say she loved me so.
But I guess you changed her mind.
Well I should have known it wouldn't be all right,
But I can't live without her
So I won't even try...
And if I get drunk, then I'll pass out on the floor now baby.
Cause you won't bother me no more.
And if you're drinking, well you know that you're my friend and I say
I guess I'll have myself a beer."

"Well, well, well....what do we have here? Isn't it a little late for a young woman such as yourself to be out?"

Dark grinned. Why did the mortals always come and seek her out? It made her hunt easier, but who wants an easy hunt all the time? Dark liked challenges. She rolled her head off to the side so she could look at the man who had approached her. He was trying to do something. Knowing humans and thier obnoxious insistance on destroying vampires like her, she presumed that he was a S.O.S goonie. Brilliant. Their blood always tasted sweeter to Dark. They tended to have the essence of dead vampires absorbed into their own blood. Complex vampire lore and whatnot, and it probably was just a figment of her rather fractured mind, but Dark didn't care. It was all about the game. She liked games. Casually, Dark straightened, her hair swaying slightly in a breeze that came up out of nowhere. She looked the man in the eye, her vermeil irises whirling slightly as Dark unlocked the restrictions on her power. Tendrils of smokey darkness uncurled themselves from her form, reaching out like greedy tentacles hoping to latch onto something and then choke the life out of it.

"What is it that you want child? And isn't a little late for mortals to be meddling in the affairs of vampires?

Jim saw the two people finished dancing and one bow, he laughed to himself. What a bloody idiot, anyone with have a brain could tell he was a vampire, they were about the only thing that lived long enough to remember how to dance like that. Though Jim had to be careful, the guy was old, and that made him dangerous, plus he had a victim. No worries. He walked over to them and bumped into the girl why they were talking. "Oh, I'm sorry my bad." He gave them a smile, spun and pulled his gun out putting it to the ribcage of the vampire so that no one else noticed, "sorry old man, I think we need to step outside and take care of some business real quick."

Kurt watched as this happened, and inched his way over there. He moved behind the man holding the gun. Kurt placed his arms on both their backs. He whispered into his ear "I suggest you put that down. I saw the bastard first. I'm not asking." He pinched a big vain on the gunmans neck. He then looked at the vampire
" Tell me, do you have any relations with the briyer family, mon ami? If you do, your pain's going to be all the more than death"

Isabell looked over their target, approaching with a shy smile. As he turned into her, she bumped into him. "Sorry.. oh.. I'm Isabell.. or Izzy.. And you?" she asked. She concentrated on the abilities she knew how to use but wasn't sure if they'd work on females, her targets were always male. She was straight and always was going to be biased toward taking male prey. "We'll see.." She toned down her oddities though, keeping her lips closed and her eyes were covered with her contacts. Unless they could sense that she had a little bit extra charm, no one would see what she really was. Someone bumped into her and she almost knocked over, she had been concentrating hard on her targets. She glanced down in time to see a flash of metal and him standing very close to the vampire. She saw another man approaching and knew that no matter what was going on, she was going to keep her head down and act the innocent.

that damn pulsating music kept its consistent vibrating bass tones, probably louder than normal. Fal could feel his ears begin to fill with blood, if he had stood any closer to the speakers, he could have lost his hearing. A couple more people entered the building, Fal took slight notes on them, not paying to much attention to any person in particular. Then he saw that hunter again. The same one from 3 years prior, to the day in fact, at one point, Fal had decided to get some fast food (typically small children) while feasting on the playground, the hunter came out of no-where, and began to open fire. Fal was lucky that night, he still has the bullet from his left shoulder hanging around his neck. Fal watched the slayer casually walk towards the true-vampire, reaching into his pocket, then pulling something out, the actuall object was hidden, but Fal had a pretty good guess it rhymed with nun. The dancing partner the vampire had been with shrank back into the crowd, blending in.

'Coward' Fal thought, although, Fal knew this slayer was reasonably good, he decided to stay near the speakers, and risk the hearing loss...

Ic: Riker

Riker loved this part. "A Vampire? Those aren't even real....Not buying it eh?" He laughed out lod to himself. "Well, I suppose you know. And if you know, then you know that I know that you think you know what it is that you're up against." He said very quickly. "Not quite sure if that made any sense, but hey, let me explain it in terms we can all understand." He reached behind his back, unveiling his blade, slahing around once in the circle, warding off all threats. He then pointed his katana at her, "I'm sure you understand this, bitch." He said with his blade gleaming in the dull alleyway lights. "Now, onto buisness."

Ic: Virgil

Her tiny frame bumped into him.

"Sorry.. oh.. I'm Isabell.. or Izzy.. And you?"

"Oh, my apoligies for my manners dear. Well, over the years, I've gone under many names. But you may call me, Virgil, Virgil Remmington." He said with a smile, and a slight bow of the head. As his head was down, he felt something being pushed into his ribs. Opening his eyes while his head was still faced down, he saw a gun. He looked up to meet the holders eyes and he heard him speak.

"Sorry old man, I think we need to step outside and take care of some business real quick."

"Old? Heh..." Before he could say anything, yet another man showed up into the picture. He whispered something into the ear of the gun holder, then turned and spoke to Virgil.

"Tell me, do you have any relations with the briyer family, mon ami? If you do, your pain's going to be all the more than death."

Ignoring the both of them, he looked towards Isabell. "So sorry love, our date has been cut short." Virgil then politely bowed to the girl, and then looked up at the two men. He answered the man who came second. "If I do, why would I tell you?" He said in a cocky tone. Then grabbing the barrel of the mans gun, he pushed it to the side. "Very un-gentleman like, tsk tsk, didn't your mother teach you any manners?" He said in the same tone. "Boys, don't you watch television, where's your garlic, and wooden stakes at?" He said with a chuckle. "This....isn't a movie, and the good guys don't always win." He said smiling. The loud pumping music within the club had been going all the while. Virgil began to get a gleam of something different in his eyes, something, powerful. Letting loose the restrictions of his own heritage, he smiled at the two men and waved. "Now you see me..." He then actually flipped them off,"...now you don't." He said as he vanished. He only did that to mess with them, as he appeared right behind them both. "BOO!" He shouted, teleporting back down the steps. He entered the crowd of dancers, all of them jumping, pumping, and grinding to the music of the club. He shouted out, "He's got a gun!" And pointed to the slayer still with his pistol out. Club goers all screamed, and began to panic in a frenzy. Club security already had their pistols out, and were moving toward the slayer. Virgil looked up at the three, the two slayers, and the beautiful young woman. He waved to the slayers, and winked at Isabell. He made his way toward the door, grabbing his briefcase, and disappeared into the night.

Dark's eyes narrowed when she saw the blade. So, this one was more into swordplay than actual gunslinging. Pity, really. Sword versus gun usually ended in a draw or at least a reasonably close match between the vampire holding the sword and the Slayer holding the gun, if the Slayer knew what he was doing. But sword against sword when a Slayer chose to bandy with Dark never turned out well.

For the Slayer at least.

After having over four hundred years to hone her weaponry skills, Dark was not a person that would easily be cowed by the mere sight and sound of a katana slashing the mindight air. Shrugging, Dark responded to the man's multiple jibes, her voice holding the slightest of Germanic accents. She still couldn't shake that, even after four hundred years.

"Your verbiage, though confusing and redundant, is simple enough for a child to understand. Your intelligence is apparently no more than that of a well-trained monkey if you cannot realize what you are up against. But I digress."

Dark drew her own blade from the shadows around her, dispelling her shadowy familiars as she did so. She did have some modicum of honor left and wouldn't pull out her proverbial big guns unless the Slayer decided to be stupid and continue to challenge her intelligence and her prowess as a vampire. The curved scimitar gleamed in the light and Dark's languid posture and movements matched the weapon perfectly. It was a weapon of oppurtunity as well as a weapon of precision. And it was by far, Dark's favorite.

"And I'm sure you understand this, bastard. Now please, make your move."

Isabell nearly fell over herself when Virgil disappeared. "Oh gods.. this is going to be a night I wish I had stayed home.." she whispered to herself. She watched where Virgil reappeared and then the panic started. She was pushed into the gun holding man and couldn't help but open her mouth a bit too wide as an elbow hit her in the side, sending a spark of pain through her. Her mouth opened into an "O" just wide enough to be too wide and allow her longer then human canines show through. She quickly backed up and tried to melt back into the rushing and now frenzied crowd of humans. They didn't know the real danger was themselves as they stampeded down the steps and out of the club, those weaker falling under the stronger and being stepped on by hundreds of feet. She managed to keep her head and feet among the crowd and made it safely toward the exit, or so she hoped. It wasn't while she was squished in among the humans that she was worried about, it was after. If those men had realized what she was, even a half breed wasn't safe. In the pack of humans, she could blend in and they wouldn't risk shooting her but if they followed her afterward, she would be stuck with nothing to hide among. "Lets just hope they want to have big game... I'm a little fry next to Virgil Remmington." It was still very tempting however to pick off one of these fleeing stricken humans that had their little fragile hearts pumping so very quickly and take them somewhere that they wouldn't have to worry about any big bad gun man. The only thing they'd have to worry about would be little ol' Izzy, with her innocent flirting smile and her big brown eyes. Still, safety over the thirst, she wouldn't pick any of these ones out nearby, not while those men were around. They might let her go if she didn't seem to be a threat, but if she took a prey right from under their noses, it might just make them reconsider. Off she went, up the street while the crowds slowly got thinner as people went their own ways. She was headed for the train station to get a ride home to her own apartment.

Kurt glanced at the she-pire as he chased after Virgil, hope that she decides to be a good little vampire and gets her blood from the bank He kept the mental image. He felt bad leaving the gunman to die, but virgil was too much to leave alive. He jumped down, chasing him. Kurt caught up fast, grabbing the man, and throwing him to the ground. "You clearly don't remember me if you were friends with the those evil betrayers of they're own blood, so answer now before I end your parasectic life." He held him down with his foot on virgils chest. He pulled out his knife, about to drive it down into the bloodsucker.

Jim looked at all the people screaming and running, and the girl who was a half vampire, and finally the guards running at him. He worked fast. Jim jumped on the table pulled out a fake police badge and pointed at the guards, at the same time he shot his gun and grazed the leg of the fleeing half vampire. "damn it" he yelled then jumped down and ran past the guards (Who let him go not wanting to get arrested) and ran outside, but abandoned his chase when he saw Riker about to engage a vampire. Jim ran over and pulled his sword out. "Wow, what a catch you got Riker."

Ic: Riker

"Fiesty!" Riker said. "Believe me deary, I know exactly what it is that I'm up against. It's your foolishness that leads you to believe I'm just another Slayer." Out of the darkness, he heard Jim's voice.

"Wow, what a catch you got Riker."

He never took his eyes off of the Vampire. "Well, you can tell me about the club scene in a bit. First, lets have some fun with this one." He said to Jim. He whipped the katana downward, and ran at his opponent. He rolled to the ground, as to get in close to his opponent. As he came out of the roll, he aimed I vertical slash with his katana, that would indeed cause a fatal wound if it connected.

Ic: Virgil

"You're messing with the wrong vampire, Slayer." Virgil's calm and collected voice was now beginning to tremble with rage. He put his hand up, and stapped the knife at it's point with it's hand. It only caused a small cut. He vanished, and appeared behind the man. "Leave it alone boy, I've no clue of what you're talking about. I suggest you run along and play with another one of my brothers, before you aggrivate me any further." He said catching the man before he fell, seeing as his foot was pushing down when Virgil disappeared. "Besides, I've only just arrived, I've not even done anything yet." He said mocking innocence. Teleporting to a wall, he began to walk up the wall. As he made it to the roof, he shouted back down at the slayer. "Perhaps you shouldn't be the "lone wolf" type!" He shouted down laughing. He looked over towards the full moon. The night was wearing thin, he would need a place to stay for now. He began to jump from rooftop to rooftop, on his way to the nearest trainstation. He figured, they were underground enough, and perhaps he could find a meal.

Isabell only managed get a short distance before her leg began throbbing. Her adrenaline and urge for the hunt were fading, leaving her more aware of her own physical condition. She looked down at her leg and her eyes widened, seeing blood coursing down her leg slowly. "Mother.. " She hadn't noticed when she had gotten hit, not with the crowds and excitement. Of course, the more you look at a wound, the more it hurt. She whimpered quietly and continued down the road, her leg throbbing and leaving a couple drips of blood every once in a while. Isabell continued on her way though toward the train station. It was only two more blocks down. "Ruined a perfectly good pair of heels!" she thought, outraged and disappointed. "All I wanted was a nice night off of work early... now I've got vampires and hunts and men with guns and a pair of ruined heels! Huff..." She trudged down the steps and into the station, hoping that there would be a train very soon. She didn't want to even think that they were following to trap her in the station, or worse, follow her home. She walked over to the brightly colored map on the wall, checking it over to see when the next train heading toward her home would come. She was in luck, she only had to wait about ten minutes for the train. She headed toward the Ladies room to relieve herself and get some of the blood off her leg. She pressed a paper towel to the wound. It looked a lot worse then it was, she wouldn't need stitches, just a bandage. It took her about five minutes to do her business and clean her leg off, leaving only five more minutes until the train was due to come. Isabell walked back out onto the train platform, her mind mostly preoccupied and not paying much attention to her surroundings, though she did know better most times.

Kurt sighed in dissapointment, even with his half-blood abilities, he let a vampire get away, and let a fellow slayer be attacked. Then he remembered the girl, the one who was with him, she knew where he would be. Kurt stalked her, she was much easier to find than virgil. He followed her all the way all the way to the ladies room in some place he didn't really travel to. He walked up beside her as she waited for the train.
"Well, aren't you a pretty one" He inched very close, whispering " Tell me, where does that guy from the club hide? and oh, I hope you fight your cravings with out killing."
