Walking along, Kurt found what he was looking for Its that girl..hmm He followed her again, down under the streets into the subway She must think I'm a stalker He found exactly what he wanted, virgil came out of nowhere "If you mean by killing someone for blood, I got some blood right here, if not, heal away." He said in a cocky tone. "You know, that teleporting thing, it doesn't seem very fair, I mean not even the man who caused me to hunt you all out teleported in the middle of a fight. You must not have the corage to take on someone like a normal vampire."
"She called me late last night, to say she loved me so.
But I guess you changed her mind.
Well I should have known it wouldn't be all right,
But I can't live without her
So I won't even try...
And if I get drunk, then I'll pass out on the floor now baby.
Cause you won't bother me no more.
And if you're drinking, well you know that you're my friend and I say
I guess I'll have myself a beer."

Ic: Virgil

"No, I did not mean by killing people." He said turning around. "But you know good sir, it's not that I don't have the courage...It is the lack patience I have for weaklings, such as yourself." He looked back to Isabell and whispered, "I shall locate you later." Now turning his head back, Virgil stared the Slayer down. Virgil was tired of this one. He was going to put him in his place. Right here, right now, in front of the entire crowd of on lookers. He cared not.

His demeanor suddenly changed. The look on his face changed. He seemed less suave, his composure, gone. He looked viscious. Setting down his breifcase, he opened it up. He holstered his guns inside his coat. He wasn't going to shoot this man. He then picked up his sword, and held it out. The red lining on the sword almost glowed. He pointed it at the Slayer. He spoke, his voice sounded different as well, almost like there was two voices speaking at the same time." Come, foolish slayer. I shall show you true power." There was already people staring, wondering why the man was holding a sword out.

Kurt used whatever power he had, took out his knife, and held it point down. "Come on, Draculas scarier than you." He stood in a fighting stace, ready to block, kick, punch if need be. "Look, you want to kill me, your going to have do more than say angry words." He stood, ready to block, or counter the blows of the sword.

"So be it." Virgil instantly moved without any resistance. He was fluid, and moved almost like water. Right when he was near the Slayer, he teleported behind him. "Look." He then teleported again." I could kill you on my whim." He said appearing on his left side with a thrust of his sword. People were now crowding around, some ran away. Some called the cops. Whatever they were doing, Virgil could use them as a levrage later on.

"You seem to forget I'm a half-breed. You want to fight, grow some balls and do it the old fashion way." He blocked the blade as it came for him. The vampire kept moving around him, but there was a pattern to his movment. Forward, back, side, back, forward. He continued to block, and then at one moment, he reached out open handed, grabbing at the air, with virgil now in his hands. "You should find a new trick, Virgil" He punched at the man, hitting him in the face, then letting go of him.

Virgil's head barely moved when he was punched. "You should know." Virgil extended his arms, "I am fighting the old fashioned way. The vampire way." As he opened the Slayers arms, he thrusted his blade, but didn't run him through, he stabbed him, about 3 inches of his blade was inside of the slayer. "You are no match half breed. Give up, and walk away. Teleportation is just a trick, the tip of the iceberg you could say. You've no chance." He said pulling his blade out. Police were now on their way. "Go on, show them your fake badge, and see what happens."

Kurt laughed. He was holding th blade in his hand, pulling it out without cutting himself. He jammed the knife into the vampire's arm that was holding the sword. "You know, your not the only vampire I've fought, not to mention I come for a strong family of vampires. Sadly for them, they're all dead. You're no different, just another worthless paracite. Like a flea, drinking the blood of others." He ripped the knife out of the virgils arm, and backed off enough to regain his balance, and stacne. He grabbed the spot where he was stabbed. "As for the police, I'm sure they would be glad to catch a mass murderer before he is unleashed on the town."

"So it would seem." Virgil said deviously. "You may have just sealed the fate of those in this station." Police could be heard now rushing in. When they saw Virgil, with a blade in his hand, they immiediately brought out their guns. Shouting, they all told him not to move, and to put down the weapon.

Smiling, Virgil said, "Like this, officer?" He dropped his weapon, and before it hit the ground, he'd teleported, and killed the three officers, catching his sword before it hit the ground. "As for this wound...." Virgil flexed his bicep, which made blood pour out of the wound. He flexed for about 30 seconds, and when he was done, it appeared as though the wound never existed. "There is no one like me, boy. Not even your so called line of powerful Vampires."

Virgil then shouted. "All of your blood! All of it! Is on this mans hands!" Some people looked scared, others confused. Virgil simply closed his eyes and was gone. When suddenly, the station doors closed, leaving all who were there locked in. In there security room, the cameras disabled and tapes destroyed. Finally he re appeared. "Foolish Slayer, had you walked away, the guilt of these lives would not be on your soul." He raised his free hands into the air, and snapped. The lights went out in the underground station. What could only be heard for the next few minutes, was the death screa upon death scream. Sword cracking bone, and gun shots. Virgil had retracted into his suave look again, and the lights turned on and he was by the doors now. "Consider this a warning. Perhaps if you come back with help, we'll play again. Until then....clean your mess up."

The sight he left behind, was one that was not pretty. Women, men, children all, were dead, sprawled across the train station. Some with claw marks, some with sword wounds, and others with gun shots. Blood splatters, drips and stains were everywhere. Virgil had released the power he held within. He's only done it on occasion, when he's angered enough to do so. This was one of those occasions.

(Teleporting, fixing your wounds with ease, and flicking off lights. Interesting. Considering this is a rp, I suppose it's law in this world.)
Kurt looked at the man as he left. The bodies he left, the blood, the markings. He never truely felt this way since he went on the pampaige against his family. He felt new found power, things he never been able to do, seemed possible. He had no clue why.
"YOU F****** SELFISH COWARD! KILLING INNOCENT SOLES JUST TO GET YOUR WAY! MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOUL WHEN I FIND YOU!" He didn't know what was happening, but he was upstairs without even moving. What the hell? He thought for a second, and was downstairs again. this has to be a dream, this isn't happening He was upstairs again.

OOC: The snapping of the lights was for effect, but healing quickly and teleportation is all apart of Vampire lore.

Ic: Riker

Riker and Jim had eaten, and went there seperate ways at the station. Riker had some stuff to do at his apartment, but he eventually just got lazy and slept. Funny thing is, he always does that. So when he woke, it was time for work.

Making it to the station, he walked into the office, and waited for Jim to show up.

History:Silent is as the name implies, rather silent. In voice anyway, having his throat torn before his conversion around 1500 years ago he was a fighter, thats all he knows of his 20 something year life span before he was converted to a vampire unwillingly. The one that gave him his...curse, and he does believ it to be a curse, was a female that took pity on him, having had his voice box ripped out by another of her kind he can no longer speak physically but can delve his thoughts into others minds for short periods of time. She raised him in the orginzation she belonged too. he hated them, but when in rome...well they had after all 'saved' him in a strange since of the word. He was taught to fight, and effectivly so. charged with protecting the head vampires of the agency he now works for, keepers of balance, a orginzation created by vampires to protect vampires. Basically they hunte slayers down. He left his spot in the orginization 200 years in to do some traveling, Silent is a fighter by trade and combat is all he has known so he figured hed use his extended life to hone his skills in what he was good, combat, by traveling to various schools around the world he would learn everything he could then kill everyone there so that the techniques could not be learned to rivial him. His favorite to use on his human victims is accupuncture, disabling his prey so it cant even move is one of his favorite ways to go about buisness. In his travels a slayer he hunted managed to mangle his eyes so he no longer has normal vision, but like his other skills he has honed, he too honed himself to use his hearing and smell as his sight, after all he had the time to waste. He has returned to the agency as one of its assassins now. Making his way up the chain has lead him to New York City. Apparently slayers have been sighted in abundance lately. He is calm and collective in his way of thinking, and a very honorable person, though he hates the creature he has become he is loyal to the company he works for, but only the company. Should another vampire step in between him and his mark...well has always gotten his mark.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Silent sat in the dark looking down into the station as the masscre went on, feeling as each body was denied its life. this one has a bit of a temper he thought to himself. Watching as virgil left the station he looked up as the other one, the slayer appeared on the other end of the roof as him. and in the slayers anger he retrieves a hidden ability Silent sighed to himself, just wanting to make his trip to take out his mark quick and leave this city of filth. Looking up as the soon started its raise he looked down once more. another time then friend, but you...are intresting he leaped from the roof as a police helicopter started by and dissappeaered in what was left of shadows. moving quickly to follow virgil to w/e shelter he would lead him too. He had nothing but time, he learned that early on, and though he hated his kind their tails were always intresting enough. So he now followed silently until the elder picked up on him.
What is an hour, but another second past?

Isabell stood by, staying as still and trying to stay out of everyone's way once the boys started their macho fight. She watched for a moment before stepping back away from everyone and concentrated on having everyone's attention slide from her. Aka, making her invisible to the humans by making them ignore her. It was an useful trick. As the blood flow started, her hunger growled deep inside her, begging for release. "I need blood.. soon.. or I'm going to kill someone.." she thought to herself and as he began spilling blood of the humans, she decided to creep out and grab one of the poor sobs. The guy was still dangling onto life as his wound spouted out his blood, an artery hit. A few moments later, he was dead, she was satisfied, for now. "And I didn't strike the death blow so his life is not on my hands.. I just kept his death from being messier then it had to be" she thought with self righteousness. "I'm innocent of everything here.." As the lights came back on, she licked her hands clean and frowned at the blood on her pants. "Damn it.. I'm going to be so late for work.." she grumbled and stood up, away from her corner and the body. Another benefit to her having the blood is it did help her healing speed up quite a bit. Without fresh blood, she healed a bit faster then a human but not overnight. A wound like hers would take several days. With blood however, she could be completely healed by the dawn. "I gotta give daddy credit on that one.." she mumbled and walked down the train tracks. It wouldn't be long before the station was swarmed over by cops and if she was seen leaving with blood on her clothing, it wouldn't be good. So down along the tracks she walked until she came to the next station. She headed up and started walking back along the dark streets toward her apartment to get changed.

Ic: Virgil

As Virgil left the station, he travelled by rooftop. He always did this, it was easiest to pick up on meals, and followers, no place to trully hide. He didn't have the time needed to retrieve his briefcase, so he made a makeshift sheath with his coat for his sword. Sensing...something he knew he was being followed, by someone powerful. Virgil being who he was made his way higher, going to taller buildings. It was a full moon tonight, so on the building he chose, the moon was lighting up the area.

He went to the corner of the building and stopped. "You can come out now." He said to his follower.

Re: The Society of a Slayers

Dark awoke from her unneccesary slumber, stretching languidly as she made herself wake up. Rubbing her eyes with the heel of her palm, she got up and out of the coffin she slept in. She was an old-school vampire and was in fact, rather fond of the small space of her coffin. Add to that fact that her coffin was in her mausoleum and Dark felt as at home and at rest as a pirate could on land. A short moment of more stretching passed before Dark de-materialized into fog.

Piecing one's self back together wasn't really all that hard, Dark thought as she re-materilized her body in front of some random building. Rubbing her shoulder rather ruefully as an old ache started up, Dark looked about, waiting for some unwitting prey to come and find her.

An unsuspecting human came her way, weaving slightly on his feet. Even from the distance Dark was at in relation to the man, she could clearly smell the alcohol on his breath. And his clothes. And his skin. Her nose wrinkled in distaste. He was unworthy to feed her insatiable hunger. Her shoulders drooped a bit. She was not a patient person, but she absolutely refused to drink from a drunk. Bad form. She had to wait until another came along.

Damn.

Silent stood there for a moment pulling himself from the shadow that crept over the edge of the building and to the moonlit rooftop. Standing for a moment to watch virgil's visage, he was relaxed, but set himelf in a corner. Silent like most older vampire was customed to proper manners and that such...he didnt use them often but it was a sign of respect.~*It has been awhile since i have seen one of age*~ Silent flowed his thoughts to virgils mind ~*or one of your temper*~ silent slightly frowned to himself coming back up from his bow remebering the train station incident that happened not to much earlier ~*A warning I am sure that will do no good, but if I were you I would not draw as much attention to yourself in the next few days as you have in the last night. Our hunters are humans, and half breeds, this is true, but in numbers they are a force to be reckoned with...*~ he thought to himself a moment on the arogance of the true breed, what fragile egos they truely did have when looked at it. ~*not that I question your...abilities, but arogance is the downfall of every creature, we are no diffrent. With that said they call me Silent.*~ with the introduction he bowed slightly to virgil and came back up.

Ic: Virgil

Virgil stared this man down. Quite astounding indeed that he could delve into thoughts to communicate. He bowed as well, once Silent did so. Standing up, Virgil crossed his arms. "Arrogance? What I do, or show, is not arrogant at all. I simply put the weak in their place." Virgil closed his eyes, and slightly smiled. "That symbol on the wrap gives you away to one as old as I." Virgil put a finger up and pointed at him slightly. "You're from the elusive "Agency". The order of balance, correct? And what I just did...well...wasn't very balanced." He turned his back on Silent, and faced the moon. "You're type...is no different from that Slayer. You destroy you're own race, hate them. Yet, even though it's obvious to tell, you can not physically hear or speak, that we've given you a great power. Without it, you would have died years ago, without it, you wouldn't be as strong as you are. Needless to say, without it, you would be powerless." Turning to Silent. "A truce for this eve. I shall cause no more intentional scenes tonight. The only thing I've tried to do since arriving here, is try to meet another Vampire. But each time, the Society has been there with a crazy half breed, or multiple Slayers. Tell me, is that balance? I think not. Perhaps you should look into S.O.S, before coming after me." He stood up on the ledge of the building. "I bid you farewell for now, Silent." And simply leaned off of the building. He liked the feeling of falling. As he fell story after story, he opened his eyes and teleported safely to the ground.

As with every being, Virgil needed money. So he checked his account, to see if his funds had been transferred yet. They had been. That was indeed lucky for Virgil. He made his way to a store. Seeing as it was still slightly early, some stores were open still. He made his way into a tailor and had himself fitted for a new suit and coat. While he was in there, they looked at his sword and guns suspiciosly, but he just kept quiet about them for now. He also made his way to a gun shop, which was just about to close. But he used the natural vampire charm toget in before hand. He went there, and had a briefcase filled in, again, to hold his items. After all of this, he was ready to begin mission number one again. Find more Vampires.

Virgil decided that instead of the rooftops, he could perhaps meet another hunting, down on the streets. Walking block after block, he made his way here and there with no luck. He luckily wasn't hungry due to the amount of blood he took at the station. Virgil passed a very drunk man, he smelled of liquor. "Easy target...but most do not like alcohol in the blood system." He helped the man who was staggering. Virgil wiped him off a bit, and even decided to give the man one hundred dollars. Virgil didn't mind, he knew some young one would eventually kill him, so he figured, why not be nice? He watched the man stumble a bit, then continued walking along. A strange mist lie in front of a certain building coming up. "That is not normal fog." Hew felt the presence of another in the area. He couldn't locate it though. For some reason, he was drawn to this fog. He couldn't but wonder why it was there. He walked into the fog, and felt the presence even more so. "De-materialization? I've never seen such a power." He said curiously, figuring the fog was the power he sensed. Stepping away, he bowed to the vampiress. "Virgil Lamonte, and you are?"

Silent moved to the rooftop's edge to see virgil falling. He shook his head at his uncarfully set words. The agency he refered to was infact called the keepers of balance, but they cared not for human lifes. The balance infact wasnt so balanced, the name was misconstrude to many that didnt know the inner workings of it. It was created to keep vampires alive, to counter the humans multiple slayers. However every now and then a vampire or two would rise to quickly, and the agency would keep an eye on it for a period of time, sometimes simply killing them...they said it was all for the better of the race, to preserve it. Silent knew the truth, he had been next to the top dogs in it for years. They offed certain vampires out of fear of them losing thier power. Virgil however was not one of these vampires, not yet anyway, but they had him in thier files as one to be watched. ~*untill next time*~ silent bowed to the falling virgil and dissappeaerd into the shadows as virgil teleported. Sitting in the shadows of a dark alleyway were a gang was conversing silent thought to himself. vampires consider themselves higher beings, yet they are nothing more then humans or anything else, with their heirarchy, and politics. We are no diffrent then them.He looked out at the gang as they drank and shot needles in thier arms. idiots Watching as one moved to the back of the alley with a woman, more then likely a hooker. Moving quickly he cracked the woman across the skull knocking her out and grabbing the man, placing three needles in him he couldnt move or speak. Silent stood there a moment and let the man see him, grinning he moved closer into frighten him more. Stopping silent quickly lunged for his neck with a knife pulling him back into the shadows with him and savored his meal as the blood dripped from him, he was careful not to leave bite marks, but many stab wounds to make it look like a stabbing. Men's blood was not as sweet but the disease upon the hooker turned silent off and to the man. Taking the body and dumping it in the river he looked thru the belongings he retrieved from it, tossing the unvaluable items to the side, which was nearly everything but the hundred dollars and some cocaine. Silent wasnt into drugs, but he knew it was valuable and any common street thug would have taken it. He simply tossed it to the wind walking away. Not thirsty anymore for blood he slowly made his way to his apartment thinking about how he was going to go about this the easiet way and get out of this rat hole.

Kurt was enraged, frigthened, sad, and confused all at the same time. He wanted to sleep, but that was it, time to hunt like never before. He couldn't really control his teleports enough to make them useful in a fight, but he could move with them. The night was young, he had enough blood to keep going, and his emotions could move him for centuries if they powered him. He sucked down a blood packet, and chased down Virgil, finding some other vampire, female, but not the other one he had met before, see was different. He charged out of the shadows. "COME ON, WE'RE NOT DONE YET! YOUR GOING TO HELL TO GET A TASTE WHAT YOU DID TO THOSE PEOPLE BACK THERE!" He ran the knife into Virgil, missing due to that damn trick. He paid no attetion to the girl there, but realized it was a grave mistake. He readied himself for a fight, going into a fighting stance. "YOU WANTED TO KILL, MAKE ME YOUR NEXT VICTUM IF YOU CAN!"

Isabell heard shouting and grumbled as she recognized the voice. It seems that she wasn't going to be to rid of the same people that had been bugging around her recently. She turned toward the man and realized she wasn't his target. "Oh, look.. its Virgil again.. how come every time he was around the slayer wasn't far behind?" she thought to herself and attempted to slip into the apartment building without being noticed. All she wanted to do is get changed and hope that her boss wouldn't have her head for being so very late to work. She wrinkled her nose, looking down at her outfit. Perhaps she could came she was stuck at the train station, she was sure it would be on the news tonight.

Re: The Society of a Slayers

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Darksabre on Tue Sep 25, 2007 8:46 pm

Dark stood, well...leaned against the side of a building, watching the drunk's staggering back. Unconciously, she let her power leak out, forming a misty cloud about her body, and most of the building. Wreathed in the mist, Dark stared at nothing in particular, her eyes fixiated on a certain point in the night sky. Or rather, the only point of the night sky she could see properly. Though she planned to lounge there against the wall and lose herself in memories of ages long past, Dark was brought out of her self-induced remembrance by a voice. Her crimson eyes slid to regard the person who had addressed her. He introduced himself as Virgil something or other. You'd be correct in assuming Dark didn't give a damn about him.

She knew him to be a vampire like, and at the same time unlike herself. Sighing, Dark figured she might as well extend the hand of friendship to the man before beating him in the face with the fist of anti-sociality.

"Dark."

He had made a previous comment about her de-materializing ability and just as Dark opened her mouth to reveal the fact that it was just one of her inherent abilities (which would've been a flat-out lie), another vampire appeared out of nowhere and charged Virgil. The mist retracted behind Dark as she readied herself for battle. She simply assumed the man would come after her as well. But he didn't. Yet, at the same time, he appeared to be assuming that she would attack him without provocation. Dark usually needed to be provoked in order to attack, unless she was incredibly hungry. The second man's rash actions were not enough to count as provocation, though his stance was a practical invitation to battle. Dark, not one to act rashly on most occasions, loved to be invited to battle.

There was just something about the invitation to bloodletting that made her ache for blood. It was only when invited to battle that Dark would pull out every last trick she had, going so far as to work herself into a blood-frenzy that tinted her world in shades of vermeil, crimson and red. Just thinking about a near-invitation to battle made her blood boil in anticipation. But Dark restrained herself, despite the fact that she had already taken the usual inhibitors off her vampiric abilities, letting her power signature ring forth around her. A nearly oppresive force, her power signature was a direct testament to her age and expertise at being an undead, and this was one of the very few occasions that Dark actually let the entirety of her signature roar forth.

The sheer force exerted by the sudden unmasking of her abilities made the nearby windows shake as if an earthquake had gone through. Dark's eyes focused soley on the man who attacked Virgil, her sight already marred by reddish undertones. She was ready for blood letting, but she had to first be sure that a full-blown battle with an aged vampire was what this youngling wanted.

"Shall I take your stance as an invitation to battle, or is it naught but a ill-informed stance meant to protect yourself against mortal opponents?" Dark asked, her voice barely above a whisper. She wanted an answer soon, for she couldn't teeter on the edge of uncertainty for long without loosing it. And Dark loosing it is not exactly the optimal situation for anyone, especially mortals, half-vampires, or young full-vampires. Many things tended to die, and she doubted the city of New York, or any city for that matter could handle a blood-raging full-blooded vampire.
