"ACTIVITY. The biggest killer of RPs. Our worse nightmare" - I thought it was Freddy, but alright ^^
Also hi, and it looks interesting.
Though I have a question : would it be fine, if I wanted to create a demon character, hiding in a human skin? (Basically will have the strength, and cons of a human most of the time, but has an ulterior motive) < Just one of the few ideas I have :)

Hi, I'm also interested in this rp. Well, I had a question: can I create and submit my own race very closely linked to darkness, but not necessarily evil? I can even provide a description of the race ^^

The classes and races are there as a guide to help you out with creating your characters. There might be certain things you cannot fill out yet (such as where they grew up because I haven't created the map yet lol) which is fine as long as the main things are filled, the extras can come later.

To respond to your first question, sweet all good take your time :) your character made me laugh how it was filled. I knew someone would mention the accents. But I used Irish and African as examples because, naturally different cultures have different accents but I can't say "they sound orcish" lol. I think you already got that though.

Also as for dating don't worry about the year, use normal day and months like we do now to keep things simple. For example 15th of July. You don't need to put the year because it could really be any year considering it's a made up universe.

I also encourage you to make up places and stuff as part of the world. I'm more than happy to even use them once I finally create a map. Which will take a while. So many races. Oh gosh. Your character has been approved thank you for filling the required information. I'll be submitting another character too, a male this time, using the detailed sheet. Using them to show examples of the two templates for new commers but I will actually use them eventually too. As more characters are submitted it gives me time to further set up the world.

About the last, encouragement... guess I'll try to finish/make the kingdom I had in mind, and maybe few more things - whether it's accepted or not, will obviously be your choice ^^

Also, I have an idea for a class that works a bit like warrior mixed with monk, when it comes to using chi.

I wanted to ask, is having access to a variety of spells from all types of magic too overpowered ? I mean, the character wouldn't have absolute knowledge of every spells, and not access to stronger spells due to his link to mana, but still wanted to ask just in case.

If he's balanced then it's fine. But yes that's correct if he knows a little of each that makes him very resourceful and a useful party member- at the cost of not being able to perform any super powerful spells. Unless you want him/her to specialise in a specific type of magic and knows a little of the others too. As long as they have weaknesses I'm all for it!

That's fine! Take your time; if you both decide to join, then awesome. If not then all goods. I plan on keeping this alive as a long term RP for characters to develop and RPers to improve etc. Any questions, feel free to shoot 'em by me.

For classes and races you have in mind; feel free to post them in Races or Classes thread. I'll create simply templates you can fill out to help with giving the details of what it is you create.
As for the warrior monk, that's completely fine as long as he's not over powered and has weaknesses. From what I saw he seems well balanced. But if I see anything a bit out of place during RP I will call people up on it. So far you're all good!

Haha yes I love the original the most too but I felt the cover I chose suited my female Orc more. :P
All good, up to you when it comes to creating Kingdom's and other things. Whether you decide to or not there's not rush. I just like giving RPers the freedom to get their creative juices flowing.

Also ladies and gentlemen- please make sure to double check your submitted characters! The main information for most seems all good. But double check for spelling errors, faulty pictures, and remember to delete the instructions I write next to the headings haha. If I write under Name: YOUR NAME HERE. Be sure to remove that and enter your chosen name.

I'll be creating maps soon and giving details on how players travel to different kingdoms etc.

I guess I'm that elusive friend of Gamer_Templar's. I'll see about translating a previous character to fit the character sheet that's provided here, chances are I might end up going back and forth about a few things but we'll cross that bridge once I've gone through the character sheet itself and all that.

That is completely fine, take your time with everything. As for the sheet, the simple sheet everything needs to be filled; but for the detailed one, you only have to fill out what starts in all caps, if the makes sense? You can add things to the template if you wish and remove what's not needed. :)

Also, for everyone else, I might be creating a neutral starting area for everyone to just, have fun in and get a good feel for their characters. Like a bar or tavern sort of place. A place most would go to eat, drink, sleep, get shady jobs or find party members etc.
