Achenian EmpireCapital: Arcania
The Achenian Empire is the largest country of Crimthorne. Boasting the best magic technology in the world, with their latest advancements being the improvements of synthetic magic and mana generators. While the empire boasts the best economics, the populace are left unhappy with their occupiers. Many factions formed within the Empire as they fight for many different goals. Independence, government reform, removal of nobility. And, most importantly, the fight for equality between mundanes and synthetics.
Republic of United Alsacian City StatesCapital: Durganville
Located in the Alsacian sea, the Republic is a collection of floating city states. Each city being as independent and self sufficient as the next, a simple congress of mayors leads the Republic in the efforts of finding land to settle in.
Each city state suffers the same problem in their struggle for survival: The integrity of Mana Engines. The mana is used to keep the cities afloat, along with powering the life support of the populace. However, due to limited knowledge of the mana engines, it is near impossible to repair the engines should they falter. Increasing the tension in the hunt for land as several cities have already sunk into the deep abyss of the sea.
The Republic is currently in war with the Wastelands of the Old World, hoping to settle along the coastlines to rebuild a stable country.

The Remnants of the old world. Stuck in a constant war with their coastal invaders. The Wastelanders all hold an infinite hatred for magic as they experienced the destruction of the world they loved. No magical technology is present within the collapsed cities of the wasteland. However, there is the presence of post modern technology, along with technologies created to combat magic.
Drakani PeninsulaCapital: Drakani
Home of the Technomancers, the Drankani peninsula have mastered the knowledge of technomantic mana. Living lives through a steampunk-esque country, the people are content with their current standings. However, large political groups view Technomancy to be the superior form of magic, setting sights on the frozen Empire as they lust for full synthetic magic.
