I will drop two CS codes here. The first one is 'simple', and the second is more aesthetically designed. Keep in mind that you are not required to use my CS.

How to fill it out: any hexa/hexa (placeholder.com/hexa/hexa) should be replaced with a code without the #. For example placeholder.com/000000/000000 not placeholder.com/#000000/#00000.

All of the other "hexa" ([color=hexa]) should be replaced with #000000 (or whatever your hex code is [color=#000000]).

Everything should say "Text here" or something like that. You don't need to mess with any of the code. However, if you do mess up the code, that's fine - I can edit it for you.

You are free to take out all of the things you don't need/want. I realize that I always include way too much.
