Today's Activities: A up to date summary of the current happenings in RP.
Just a quick rundown of what happened today in Epic Quest. brought to you by your friendly neighborhood Astro_Boy
-August 19th
School's started, nothing much other than that. Lunch is 4th Period. That's when the characters will meet up again, for now, freshman are together in their classroom, Juniors in their classroom, Seniors in their classroom. Nothing to epic so far.
-August 25th
We've got about four new players, so there was a split it groups;the original nine, and the newbies, who conveniently already awakened to their powers. Those four somehow ended up at a graveyard a little ways from the school during their lunch break. Where they were attacked by the undead. Using their powers they managed to defeat the monsters. Demetri, drawn by the groups abilities ran in on them and asked them, more like, forced them to come to his shop at that moment.
So long story short, Demetri opened up one of his doors, and took them to his place.
Meanwhile...
The lunch time meeting Xavier called helped to reveal a bit about the situation in 8-Bit.
Jayx brought along the chimera from the night before, who thanks to Demi was reverted back to cutsy cuddly level one. And as the group began to outline the 'Unexplained Phenomena' in town, and more importantly the most recent phenomena last night the chiemra Moe, made his presence known.
After some prodding, they got him to reveal that due to Demetri's technique mostly all of his memory, and power, was gone. But Demetri did leave him a few things...
1. The reason he went ape shit last night was due to some 'voice' calling out to him. It made him lose all control and attack EVERYTHING.
2. How the groups, and Moe's own, powers would grow; through training and battle.
Xavier realized that the voice Moe heard could have very well been the same voice that also gave them their powers, Moe even described the same voice they heard to a T.
But that was the end of lunch, so the meeting had to come to an end. The party split up to go back to class, promising to meet back in the first floor lobby so that they could head to Demetri's later and see what was really up.
