  Goal: Keeping America safe and peaceful.
  History: The Program has been rumored to be in existence for hundreds of years, dating back to the early 1900s. They have been stalking in shadows, taking care of America's problem too messy to deal with in the light. Besides cleanup, The Program has also dabbled in other areas. Their main goal is to create the perfect soldier, which lead them through many projects. The one that happens to be the most fruitful was project: black out. Because of this project, becoming Devoid is now possible. The program now uses this very technology to make agents to clean up America's mess.

C.H.A.S.E. Unit

"A special task force whose job is to solve and stop hacker related crimes."

  Base of Operations: CHASE Unit Department Building
  Goal: To stop, solve, prevent, any hacker related crimes.
  History: Counter Hack & Surveillance Emissary unit, was developed upon the rising of hackers. As cyberspace related crimes rose, the government had no choice but to to create a task force to handle it. The force is made up of turned hackers and computer geniuses who have decided to make a healthy living out of their talents. Their main job is of course counter hacking, but they have more hands on work as well. Surveillance and locating hacker groups, are jobs for more skilled emissaries. Currently some are working as spies and moles in some of the larger groups of hackers.

Sanctum

  Goal: To make sure every New York citizen corporates with the Guardian Act.
  History: Sanctum is a peacekeeping PMC. They are famous for their work in Africa and the middle east, keeping civilians safe from dictators and helping countries get to their current state. Currently they are now contracted to MurCORP and Simon Murphy working as Guardian enforcement agents and building security. Sanctum has a very large military, equipped with only the latest weaponry and cybernetic body modifications. Their personnel is made up of human cybernetics and combat drones, they even have a few war drones.

  Goal: To filter all information meant to be hidden.
  History: The Link is a relatively new organization that began as a protective society for running messengers; a mail service safe from digital detection. Now, The Link delivers for everyone and everyone, items, people or information, and makes sure that all important info reaches the necessary government ears. The runners themselves believe that they are working against authority, shining a positive light on The Link in the rebellious crowds.

  Goal: Solve other's problem, for a fee.
  History: Originally a one man crew, started by Viktor. It's ranks grew as he acquired more jobs that required expertise that he didn't have. The group is very hard to join and even harder to stay in. Due to the leader's strict rules and hot head attitude, the group has seen a lot of members come and go. But, those that have managed to survive are taken care of very well.

  Base of Operations: Hijack HQ
  Goal: To show the world that all hackers aren't bad.
  History: The first group of hackers to go legit by choice. Their ranks are mostly filled with elite hackers turned pro. Hijack Corps used to be one of the most famous cyber terrorist groups in the last decade. But, due to a change of heart and some big checks, they changed sides. They now offer their services to those who need defending from hackers. Hijack Corps is very similar to the CHASE Unit except they are paid more.

Anarchy

  Goal: To see Simon Murphy fail along with the Guardian Act vetoed.
  History: Anarchy has existed since the beginning of Guardian Act. They are peaceful protesters who believe if you do things the right way by filling out petitions and sending letters you can do some good. But, lately things are getting worse with the Guardian Act and they finally decided playing nice wasn't getting anything done. With new leadership they have began taking things into their own hands and bringing down the Guardian Act by force. They aren't fully prepared for a war in literal terms, but they are all willing to fight for what they believe in.

404's

"Hackers trying to make a name for themselves."

  Goal: Cause as much trouble as possible.
  History: No more than a group of delinquents and criminals, the 404's have made a name for themselves in the underground world of hacking. They are known for causing mayhem and planning large scale pranks. But, the most notable thing they did was invent Hacker's Delight. A custom Glove model tailored specially for hackers. How they got their hands on such technology is unknown, all that is, is that they made an enemy out of Simon Murphy.

Grime Protection

"A group of modern day Robin Hoods, dedicated to serving and protecting the community the way the government can't."

  Goal: Righting wrongs and offering protection to those that can't protect themselves.
  History: Grime Protection is a non-profit organization stationed in Brooklyn whose concern is cleaning up streets and turning the area into a decent community. It is run by ex NYPD detective Robert Grimes, whom together with his two partners are dedicated to the cause.

  Goal: Live as one wishes with the support of the Pack. Be free
  History: Wolf Pack was started, almost as a joke, by Jack and Naomi right after they started running together. It didn't mean anything right away, but it became increasingly more important to be part of a major group. So the duo made it official and started doing high profile jobs to get recognition. Soon after its formation, Hedge and Zack came to them with desperation, and the pack was raised to four members. Nowadays, the four are more of a group of friends that do commission jobs and assist other groups as a spec ops or black ops unit. If it involves high profile destruction or low profile hacking, they're the ones to call. WELCOMING NEW MEMBERS
