Just submitted my character, and I always hate waiting for a response because i feel like i didn't put enough detail, or maybe to much, and it just takes me forever to get it done, but I am please with how she turned out. Any complaints, do tell. For how will i know what to fix if no one tells me whats wrong?

Approved! There were only a few small issues, like the fact that Erbalu lives at the top of a tower in Valunis rather than a mountain, but knowing me I'd probably written that wrong somewhere anyway. The idea of a beakless Rito is interesting, too.

Attention, all! I've added a rather big new section on the different races and tribes to the Lore thread, so check that out if you're bored or unsure about a character you're creating!

Also, we're getting a pretty decent amount of characters now, so it's time to start considering how to bring them together in a story! I've been discussing with Azure Limit this defecting Gerudo storyline which is going to feature his character Vergad and my Gerudo leader Mamuuru (when I finally upload her profile...) but we'd still appreciate a few people to play expendable Gerudo warriors/the defecting Priestess! I'll make a list. We need:

1) Nabuko, the Gerudo priestess fleeing the desert with her baby to rejoin the child's father
2) Unnamed Gerudo warrior #1, loyal to Mamuuru
3) Unnamed Gerudo warrior #2, loyal to His Steward
4) Unnamed Gerudo warrior #3, also loyal to His Steward

I'm fine with filling any role that no-one else takes, but you know what they say, the more the merrier! And of course the roleplay's still open if you want to add your own character!

And if anyone has any suggestions for storylines featuring the people in the Northern Realms, or preferences regarding the ones I've written up in the Mission List thread, post away! Here or there, doesn't really matter.

Oh, important question!

While I can agree the canon versions of Tingle are... creepy, what if I made a basically different character, merely based on Tingle's abilities? Such as strapping himself into a balloon to fly around and drop BOMBS on his enemies, among other things! Of course, I'd have to keep some of the crazy in it, but that would make it fun!

Ah, okay okay, i got this. I don't believe you mentioned the tower part, but then again i may have missed it ^^ Do you want me to change my character a bit to make it fit more?

Also, i wouldn't mind playing one of them, how bout the Gerudo warrior that's loyal to Mamuuru? the priestess Nabuko is on her side right? and i can make the guard how every I want him to be right?

...Interesting! Well I don't have any particular qualms with you playing Tingle, or a Tingle-esque character, the only issue would be how he fits into the stories we'll be playing through!

Although... Tingle is something of a wanderer, who in the games (Or MM, at least) just pops up randomly in every location on the map... I guess maybe it would work better if you just randomly introduced him to stories on a whim, weirded out the characters slightly and then went off on his merry way. XD

The only issue is that would limit your involvement with the actual stories somewhat, I suppose. But I can't really see most characters taking Tingle seriously enough to agree to embark on an adventure with him, so I don't really know what else to suggest. :/

Sorry Celtic, missed your post. Don't worry about changing your character, it's not too big a difference, as she'd still have been allowed to play around the tower as a child. (Or maybe not allowed per se, but still able to do so if she had the desire and the wits. :P)

You can do whatever you like with the characters, as long as you preserve the core aspects of their personality. In the warrior's case, this just means that she has to be unfalteringly loyal to Mamuuru and the future of the Gerudo tribe, and Mamuuru would also have chosen her for her serious nature. Nabuko you can pretty much play however you like, provided she cares about her child and wants to return to Hyrule and the child's father.

Oh, and don't get very attached to any of the characters, as they're probably going to be rather expendable. :P

Actually, what we could maybe do if Azure is up for it is play two characters each. I'll take Mamuuru and one of the warriors loyal to His Steward, Azure can take Vergad and the other Legion-loyal warrior and you can take Nabuko and the warrior loyal to Mamuuru. Sound good to everyone?

Awesome thanks, and with the multiple character thing, i'm okay with it if you guys are. Does this mean we will be starting pretty soon? if so then we should wait for the people who are offline to catch up a bit, and see if any of them wanted one of the other gerudo people.

Ah, don't worry, I've got to upload my character sheet for Mamuuru still, and I probably won't be posting at all tomorrow because of... prior engagements. :|

So probably Monday at the earliest! But I suppose we'll see.

Would anyone mind help with my history for a Tingle-Esque character? I'm mostly basing him off of Purlo from Twilight Princess (The S.T.A.R. Game guy), but I'm at a loss as to what to make his history. Right now, I've got the idea of amnesia, but that could be considered a copout, seeing as all this backstory is available.

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of updates! Been rather snowed under with essay work these last few days, and trying to minimise distractions. I've approved a couple of characters, but I'll get back on the horse properly tomorrow, with a timeline of the kingdom's recent history. Hopefully we'll get a few storylines started before the end of this week, too!

How about a roll call to make sure people are still about and interested?
