The Sanctum

The sanctum council was founded some 800 years ago by a small group of the cities population, in answer to the growing disruption caused by a faction known as the Lazarus Moon.

Lazarus Moo, due to the lack of an economy and social order in general, Spent there years recruiting support by Torturing and killing civillians in order to scare the rest of the population into submission.

The sanctum declared justice to the cult by retaining thier members and after fair verdict, were executed or exiled.

As years progressed, technology advanced, and science and industry improved, and today the sanctum overule the day to day buisness and formailities of society.

They can be largely recognised by the insignia they bear (to follow) and the suits of armour they use. Due to the rapid advances of technology they favour the Lv-Pr5 a Tirrant Bolt rifle, whilst using the Jig Pistol as a secondary weapon.

Tirrant Energy is energy formed by fusing the harnessed Astral Enrgy of their 4 moons with the physical attributes of Ice. The effect being a wave of Cold- burning blue shards.
