Fifty miles off the coast of the Western Cliffs lies the Emerald Isles, Seabel's sister nation, named afters the lush green scenery which dominates the countryside. Long ago, back in the time of the first few, the Emerald Isles were inhabited by people of an ancient religion, ruled over by a King from an ancient dynasty, strict and religious, they were surprisingly innovative for their time and frequently sailed across the Western sea to Seabel to help the new settlers with farming the land, finding building materials and how to survive the harsh wilderness.

Peace did not last.

Generations passed, towns turned to cities, the population tripled and so did it's wealth and soon the Emerald Isles found themselves becoming increasingly threatened by the new nation. War finally occurred in 1222sc, Seabel invaded the Isles from the North, pillaging and slaughtering as they traveled south with a hail of cannon fire and spilled blood, it was a bloody and long war which saw the end of the Sovereignty and the end of the ancient royal line of Caerwyn, the previous Kings of the Emerald Isle.

For two hundred years Seabel ruled over the Emerald Isles, often appointing a Regent to watch over the lands in the name of the King. However, in 1428 the Regent, Lewis Parson Earle of Howeal began a revolution, which would continue to affect Seabel even today. For a long time the people of the Emerald Isles had suffered under Seabel's oppression and they had finally had enough, they rose with Lewis, how known throughout the land as 'King Lewis' and with the backing of Francis Rayleigh, one of the wealthiest men in Seabel, their cause seemed just.

Unfortunately, they were soon defeated and both Lewis and Francis were taken to the tower, tried for treason and executed. However, afterwards King Harold made one fatal mistake, one that would spell the end to his rule, he let Lewis's sons remain in in the Emerald Isles. When war broke out, the Parson son's were quick to rally their supporters and quickly overthrew the new regent, executing him and his family in the streets, it was a dastardly attack but one that gained Charles Rayleigh the Emerald Isles support should he promise them sovereignty when they win Seabel, he agreed.

Like promised, the Emerald Isles as a Kingdom was granted to the Parson's only surviving son, the soon to be King Alexander, however he died from disease a little over a year later. With no children, his heir was a second cousin named Kavan Stonebrook.

Kavan is now King, a strong and fierce man he has become a great worry for the Rayleigh's as his loyalty is something which is in question, he has seemingly separated, as far as he can from his ties in Seabel especially with their formidable naval fleet, they are not an ally the Rayleigh's can afford to loose. However an alliance is something which could be formed; Should the Lancaster's form an alliance with King Kavan it would spell disaster for Charles.

Sorry about the grammatical shitness of this, haha but i just wanted to get it up!
