Crafting

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Sonicx00 on Mon Oct 14, 2013 12:45 am

Relatively there is four different ways to craft in this game. These four ways are Blacksmithing, Leather Working, Tailoring and Cooking/Alchemy. What is the use of this you may wonder? Well simply another way to use and possibly increase your gold pool and it brings more depth into your character. This of course is completely optional.

So what may be the reason there are four categories? well It's simply because different paths use different material and different material means different values.

Blacksmithing: Uses Ores/Others
Leatherworking: Uses Leathers/Others
Tailoring: Uses Cloth/Others
Alchemy/Cooking: Uses Others

When it comes to making an item, the level will always determine by how much materials you use. As shown below these are all the materials you need to create a level 1 item.

Poor
1 Normal Material
2 Others

Common
2 Normal Material
2 Others

Uncommon
1 Rare Material
2 Normal Material
2 Others

Rare
2 Rare Material
4 Normal Material
2 Others
2 Rare Other

Incredibly Rare
4 Rare Material
8 Normal Material
4 Others
4 Rare Others

Legendary
8 Rare Material
8 Normal Material
4 Others
8 Rare Others
Legendary Material

To create a higher level of the item you need to have (Level x base amount of materials).

So for example, I want to create a legendary item of level 75. Above, it shows how much it is at level 1 so i am going to multiply all of those values by 75

600 Rare Material
600 Normal Material
300 Others
600 Rare Others
75 Legendary Material

crafting is not cheap but it is rewarding especially if you wanna play the auction house game.

To craft a certain level of item, you must have the level in skill. To get more skill levels you must craft your current skill level.

So If I have 20 skill level - I need to make a level 20 Item to go to the next rank.

Must have 15 Skill in Alchemy...

Beserker's potion – Increases P.ATK by 20% – 10 other + 1 Rare Other
Defender's potion – Increases P.DEF by 20%– 10 Other + 1 Rare Other
Warrior's potion – Increases P.DEF and P.ATK by % 10 – 1 Rare Other and 15 Other
Mage's potion – Increases M.ATK by 20% – 10 Other + 1 Rare other
Priest's potion – Increases M.DEF by 20%– 10 Other + 1 Rare Other
Scholar's potion – Increases M.ATK and M.DEF by 10% – 1 Rare Other + 15 Other
Crusader's potion – Increases M.ATK and P.ATK by 10%– 1 Rare Other + 15 Other
Paladin's potion – Increases P.DEF and M.DEF by 10%– 1 Rare Other + 15 Other
Rogue's potion – Increases SPD by 20%– 10 Other + 1 Rare Other
Dualist's potion – Increases SPD and P.ATK by 10% – 10 Other + 1 Rare Other
Giant's potion – Increases HP by 20%– 10 Other + 1 Rare Other
Soldier's potion – Increases HP by and P.DEF by 10% – 15 Other + 1 Rare Other
Conjurer's potion – Increases SP by 10% and reduces SP cost by 10% of it's current amount – 15 Other + 1 Rare Other

HP Potion - 10 Others + 1 Rare Other
SP Potion - 10 Others

In combat potions are potions that can be used/role played out in combat, You will only be able to use ONE regardless of the type per combat and this also has to be role played out.

IC HP Potion - 20 Others + 2 Rare Other
IC SP potion - 20 Others

To use the crafting system OOC wise, you need to say what was made below.

Like the shop.

"Hilde crafts a level 60 Rare weapon using...." and list how much of what material you lost.

Then place the name of what was made in your inventory. Much prefer it to be in this format "Rarity item type level"

For example. "Legendary Weapon lv.75"

Code: Select all
Professions
Blacksmith: 1/75
Leatherworking: 1/75
Tailoring: 1/75
Alchemy: 1/75
Cooking 1/75

If you are new these values will stay. If you have been playing for a week+ I will roll a d20 x how ever much levels you lack from the max you could have got. Then you simply put those points to where you want them.

Hilde crafts weapons Using 26 x Ore and 26 Other.

2 Ore 2 Other = Level 1 Common Weapon
2 Ore 2 Other = Level 1 Common Weapon
4 Ore 4 Other = Level 2 Common Weapon
4 Ore 4 Other = Level 3 Common Weapon
6 Ore 6 Other = Level 3 Common Weapon
8 Ore 8 Other = Level 4 Common Weapon
