These are the laws and regulations of New Tokyo put into place by Leader Ira Shoku.
1. Curfew || 11:30 PM, any person seen later then 11:30 will be held in holding unit and given punishment as law enforcer sees fit.
2. Living Units || Living units are four person units made up of 2 males and 2 females. Citizens are not allowed to bring unauthorized persons into their home. Gathering units are open to the public from 10 AM to 11 PM, limit is 20 people per gathering unit. All living units must be open to random searches, should you be found holding anything illegal you will be placed under unit arrest and held for public whipping.
3. Inspection || All citizens must undergo health and mental inspection twice a year upon the fall and summer. Inspections will be held at local clinics, any citizen that does not report for inspection will be held in holding unit and put on trial for suspicious activity.
4. Information || Withholding information from law enforcers is a serious offense, should you be found guilty of withholding information you will be taken into custody of law enforcement and interrogated.
5. White Bloods || Any persons harboring White Bloods, bearing the Mark of Light, or associating with White Bloods that do not inform local law enforcement or turn themselves in will be charged with treason and executed or sent to the labor lands.
6. Citizenship || In order to become a citizen of the Commonwealth of New Tokyo you must report to the Immigration Stations located throughout the country. Any person found without the correct citizenship chips will be placed in a holding unit until either proper procedure is completed, or person is deported for illegal status.
7. Chips || All citizens are required to have an ID chip, this is a small microchip that is placed under the skin in the wrist. This chip contains name, date of birth, citizen status, living unit number, and health status. Any citizen without the proper ID chip will be taken to health clinic in order to complete the ID chip embedding procedure. Should your chip break or malfunction, please report to health clinic immediately for replacement. Any citizen found in violation of this law will be held for public whipping.
8. Public Whippings || All citizens are expected to tune in or attend the broadcast of public whippings. Any living unit that does not tune in will be subject to inspection and interrogation.
9. Illness || Should illness break out please report to your local health clinic, proper procedure states that after receiving medication for outbreak citizens will be held in isolation units for 24 hours while living unit is sanitized.
10. Hospitals || Hospitals are for anything that cannot be treated at the health clinic such as long term illness, cancers, comas, and serious injuries. Visiting patients is limited to five visits per week from 9 AM until 10 PM. Minors are allowed one guardian to remain with them in the hospital unless they are in the isolation wing.
