I'm wondering what powers can one have? If he is a paranormal documenter, is he just any normal human or does he have powers as well? Also, if its convenient for you, can you tell me what kind of role he plays in this story? I feel like i should tailor his personality to fit, but I'm not sure how.

Yes, he has no powers. He's just a normal human. But he is very smart when it comes to technology, which is why he does all the video taping, picture shots, recordings, ect. Anything needed to catch Ghosts in action.

He has also been friends with Kei for a very long time. Childhood friends, in fact. So he has a certain soft sport for Kei, like a very protective brother. The two know pretty much everything about one another. The reason for this is because, Your guy, moahi, is well known with protective spells written on paper, but other than that, its about it. He uses it for Kei most of the time to help protect him.

You can make him how ever like apart from that.
