And now…the town of Bayside Heights!

Bayside Heights is a port, an entry place where all Pokemon may enter the island of Mohka. This town contains the only possible way to enter and leave the Island. As such, Bayside Heights is considered the largest Pokemon community on the island with many traveling through here. Inns, gift shops, Traveling Sales-mon, and Build Crews thrive in Bayside Heights. It is also the only town in the island of Mohka with a Dragonite Transportation Service. Below are the shops you will find in Bayside Heights as well as the other towns on Mohka.

• Kecleon Shop: This shop is considered by many to be a convenient store. The Kecleon Shop is run by two Kecleon, the younger green and older purple Kecleon, who sell a variety of items. However, they might not have what you’re looking for. The green Kecleon sells food, gummis, throwable items, and some common goods. The purple Kecleon sells TMs (not the same as Guild Tech), Wonder Orbs, and rare items like Keys. These stores can sell out of merchandise and will have limited items a day, but will restock by the next day.

• Dedenne Bank: This place is a simple bank used to store and withdraw money. It’s very useful for adventurers because when an adventurer is knocked unconscious, they lose all their money and items they carry with them in the dungeon. Dedenne is there to save it for you upon return and even loan out money if you need it. Beware of this option though. If you don’t pay back the money you borrow within three days, Dedenne will shock you and take all of your loot and money you have on you to pay the difference back. And don’t think your items in storage are safe either.

• Kangaskhan Storage: This place is a storage area used to store loot and items you may need in the future. It’s very useful for adventurers because when they are knocked unconscious, they lose all their items and money they have on them. Kangaskhan is there to save those items from being lost to the dungeon.

• Pangoro Box Busting: Pangoro is considered the ultimate lock smith. How, you ask? He simply demolishes them. Certain treasures you find in dungeons will be in chests that can’t be opened. Pangoro is there because only he knows exactly where to hit the box to break it in one fellow swoop. He charges some money, but for the treasure inside, it might be worth it.

• Wobbuffet and Wynaut’s: This is a simple Swap Shop. Run by Wobbuffet and Wynaut, these shops will exchange smaller and more common loot for more valuable items. They will also exchange Prize Tickets in return for immediate loot. By doing so, you get a sure reward for the ticket, but the item you get isn’t nearly as valuable as what it could’ve been had you have kept it and possibly won.

• Slurpuff Inn: While most locations like this are large in other cities, this is the biggest and most extravagant building of Bayside Heights. Consisting of five stories and over two hundred rooms, Slurpuff Inn is probably the biggest building constructed by Pokemon in history. It is a place to go for visitors who will only stay temporarily in Bayside Heights. It does cost a fee to stay a night, but it comes complete with free continental breakfast and PokeNet (No, PokeNet isn’t actually a thing. Pokemon aren’t that civilized yet. Just enjoy the pun and forget about the possibility of PokeNet.)

• Traveling Sales-mon: Around Slurpuff Inn is a variety of booths. While some will be empty, others will have specific items that came from other locations. Occupying these booths are Traveling Sales-mon. They sell a wide variety of items, from the most common to the most rare, on a very limited scale. Check the town board to see specifically which Sales-mon will be in the booths that day.

• Pelipper’s Delivery Service: The mail-mon of Mohka, this special team of Pelippers deliver mail all around the island to whoever needs it. With excellent tracking skills, they can find any Pokemon on the island and deliver what needs to be delivered. For this reason, they are the major SOS response team for Isle Defender Teams, Exploration Teams, Rescue Teams, and other Pokemon in trouble as well as the messengers to the Dragonite Transportation Service to Pokemon who request them. They also keep up with the news, information, and jobs that are located on the Town Board, and deliver special cases to the Isle Defenders.

• Build Crews: These are the construction workers around the cities. If a new building, farm, or other establishment would like to go up in the town, it starts with a Build Crew. Build Crews can be found either professional or freelance. Professional Build Crews will have their own buildings in the city they occupy, freelance Build Crews travel around like Sales-mon and occupy the booths by the Slurpuff Inn.

• Town Board: This is the information hub-bub in every city. The Town Board will have jobs for Exploration Teams to complete, information about Sales-mon and freelance Build Crews, local news as well as highly considered Mohka News, and other advertisements for businesses in the area. The Town Board is run by the Pelipper Delivery Service.

You will find at least one of these kinds of businesses above in every town on the island of Mohka. These are common businesses that have grown successful over the years of service. They all started in varying towns, so as you explore through other towns, any shop above that has an HQ marking on it will generally have more items and more benefits for you to discover. Also in the towns, there are houses in which the Pokemon live and thrive, much like neighborhoods.

Now these businesses below are specifically found in Bayside Heights, some of which can’t be found anywhere else on the island of Mohka.

• Dragonite Transportation Services: This is the only way on and off the island of Mohka. The leader, Dragonite, recruits a variety of flying types to transport Pokemon to wherever in the Pokemon World they wish to go. While acting like a transportation service, they don’t charge anything for their fares as they are paid in tips and snacks provided by the community. (Helpful Tip: It’s is generally frowned upon to use their services and not give them anything in return. I mean even an Oran Berry would suffice. Isle Defenders are restricted from using this service unless it is an extreme emergency. For exploration teams, it’s not good fame for you to inherit by using the Dragonite Transportation Services rather than traveling by foot to the dungeons you wish to explore. While it’s allowed, it’s not good for your team.) At the same time, they go around the Pokemon World, bringing any who wish to come along to Mohka. This is why a wide variety of Pokemon live on the island. If you wish to contact the Dragonite Transportation Service, dependent on your location (If you’re in a dungeon, they won’t come. The same goes for when you’re off the island of Mohka. Those are chance encounters.) They will answer to the Pelipper Delivery Service.

• Prize Palace: This is the place you go to cash in possible winning prize tickets. Like a lottery business, certain tickets give you certain prizes like items and money. While you can find some Prize Tickets, they can be bought here as well. These establishments are only found in larger cities.

• Specialty Shops: These shops carry specific types of items, but a wider variety of the type they carry. They also won’t run out of stock. The specialty shops in Bayside Heights are Bunches of Berries, Oodles of Orbs, and Tons of TMs. Other kinds will be discovered depending on which town you go to.

• Farms: These farms are on the outskirts of the towns. They are specific for berries and seeds and will grow as many as they can. They do business by selling to Swap Shops and Kecleon Shops, but if you are in good favors with them, they will take a seed or berry that you have and grow more for you. Good favors with them means either being famous locally or being kind to them through a variety of ways.

• Dojos: These are specialty training areas set up on the outskirts of town. Like the Sales-mon, they will only come for one day and leave for another trainer to take over the next day. Dependent on the Pokemon Trainer, you can learn another move if your trainer shares the same type as you. The environment you live in will decide which trainers fill the Dojo on specific days. For example, if the town you live in is very greenery filled, more grass trainers will fill the dojo than any other type, although all types of trainers fill the dojos. Small towns do not have Dojos. Bayside Heights is primarily a water town, so more water-type trainers will fill the dojo more often than any other type.

• Isle Defenders HQ: At the edge of the cliff overlooking Bayside Heights is where Isle Defenders HQ is located. Should you become a member of the Isle Defenders, you’ll know what’s inside the building. Isle Defender Outposts are located in every major town on Mohka, but not in the smaller ones.

• Arenas: Each major town has an arena they use for tournaments, town wide emergencies, and entertainment events. Information about what happens in the arena on specific days and how to participate will be on the Town Board when these events happen.

This covers most of the shop and building information. Others have yet to be discovered, but you will find out about the rest of them as you adventure.
Gotta Go Fast
